   I would highly recommend South Coast Dry Cleaners if you want your wedding dress dry cleaned and restored to it's original perfection! 4 years ago I had my fully beaded wedding gown cleaned, and boxed for safe keeping and today I picked up my sisters satin gown, which I would have put money on being irreversibly damaged from drink stains. I was wrong. They were honest, no promises made but it is just beautiful. Amazing service, thank you.

   The lovely lady here cleaned my wedding dress, the dress came out sparkling! I loves it before but even more so now, did a beautiful job! The communication was constant with no issues, dress was cleaned quicker than expected date. I'd highly recommend taking bridal dresses here, she also done a amazing job for steaming the dress aswell 10/10 for everything

   I had a large wool rug that was too big for their dry-cleaning machine, but the company provided excellent service! The assistant suggested I take it to the linked laundrette and use a cool wash instead. She helped me understand how to operate the machines and even gave me change. She recommended a great solution quickly and efficiently, demonstrating outstanding customer service. Thank you!

   Dreadful customer service. Took our curtains in for dry cleaning and altering. Store staff were lovely and really helpful initially. When we unpacked the curtains afterwards, there were marks/stains on the lining and also little ‘nicks/cuts’ in the lining. We rang them to ask for them to be resolved. The staff said they had checked them personally and that the curtains were not stained by them (even though they agreed they were not stained when we dropped them off!) Our issue was escalated to the Regional Manager, who refused to assist as we had picked the curtains up 3 weeks earlier and ‘should have checked them immediately’. They had been sitting in the plastic bags as we were not ready to hang them (due to building work needing to be finished). As soon as we noticed the issue, we contacted the store. We shared images of the damage to the regional manager and she has simply ignored our emails. Our curtains have been stained and damaged during the process of cleaning and altering. They are refusing to resolve this or accept any accountability. Very, very poor customer service. Mistakes can happen. Just put it right. Such a shame that a local, independent business has such a shocking approach to customer service. Sadly, you cannot trust this business to take accountability for mistakes and rectify them. Our premium curtains have been stained and damaged by South Coast Dry cleaners.

   This dry cleaners ruined a pair of hand made curtains we took in for dry cleaning. The curtains shrank and are now 3 inches shorter than the linings. We are in the process of having some more made to replace them at quite a lot of expense. We did not receive any apology when we raised this problem at the dry cleaners. We were offered a reduction in the amount that they would charge for letting them down. We did not find this acceptable. The person we spoke to was not concerned at all and refused to take any responsibility for what had happened. The dry cleaners ask you to sign a disclaimer before they will clean your curtains. However this assumes that they will treat the curtains correctly. We suspect that the curtains were washed, not dry cleaned as the colour is now different from the original colour. When we collected the curtains, we were not told that they had shrunk, although once they were un- packed from their wrapping, it was clearly obvious what had happened. We double checked that the curtains were dry cleanable with C & H fabrics where the curtains were purchased, they confirmed that they were dry cleanable and had not had any problems notified to them from other customers buying the same fabric. They had sold the fabric for a great number of years. Beware of using this dry cleaners if you have curtains that you value.

   Called South Coast Dry cleaners initially Shirley stating I needed my husbands suit dried cleaned for a wedding in 2 days time, they said their partner shop in North Baddesley would be able to help. Called them and they said they could do it same day, were super quick professional and friendly and have done an amazing job, also very reasonable pricing why considering they provide a same day service! Would definitely recommend

   I had my daughter’s wedding dress cleaned by South-coast dry cleaners after it had been stored away in a box. It came back from cleaning looking fabulous and can now be packed away looking as good as new. Great job South Coast Dry Cleaners. To be recommended. Thank you.
