One of the worst b&m ive been too. Was all so messy and organised. Stuff on the wrong shelves or just stuff all over the floor. The staff were all rude especially our cashier that was by the scratch cards she was totally useless and so slow she didnt even speak.
I come into b&m looking for some bits for Christmas and I was not able to find what I was looking for so I asked a girl that worked there named Eryn for help and she went above and beyond and made sure that I had everything I was looking for a huge bonus to the company for having her as a employee.
Reasonably priced. Wife selection of products. A few things were on the floor & hadn’t been picked up. My granddaughter took great pleasure in tidying up & putting things back on the shelves
I bought some Quality Street chocolates which when opened turned out to have fat bloom, where it has that horrid white discolouration. I took them back for a refund or replacement. The till worker said no , the manager said no. It became an argument over a £4 box of chocolates. They said its BM policy not to refund food. I explained it was UK law for faulty goods to be refunded and after opening a few to check , they finally agreed. This was followed with the manager explaining they had an air con failure in the summer and lots of chocolate melted. This was one of those boxes. So not only did they argue for no reason, they knew they were bad, but still sold them. Yuk.
Biggest B&M I’ve been in but I’ve only been in a few. Has the normal cut price products. Some products are cheaper in other stores so beware. Just because it’s in B&M doesn’t mean it’s cheaper. Queue to checkout but moved reasonably quickly. Has most things you would want in the shop.
A lack of price tags is frustrating. A shop with loads of stuff but the lack of prices is just annoying. There is no mobile signal in the store for me, so I can't even Google it. When the price is marked, it can be good value for money with interesting and unusual stock. The car park is hared with lidl, but is big enough. The trolleys are rubbish and don't give you the coin back so get a lidl trolley instead as they are only next door.
