   Took a return parcel. The lady scanned it and told me to put it in the yellow bag. I asked for receipt, proof of postage as if it goes missing I won't get my refund without one. She then informed me they don't have a machine. I asked for a written receipt, but no. I asked how they can be a parcel shop with no receipt machine. She then changed her story and said they have a machine but Yodel hasn't sent the paper roll. For one I'm sure you can buy them and secondly she should have told me before she scanned it that she had no receipts. She told me I could take it elsewhere. Subsequently, Yodel have said because she's scanned it I can't take it elsewhere. So now I have to pay for my free return with another delivery company. Just not good enough from Yodel or SNA. Extremely unprofessional. How do you expect people to leave expensive parcels with no proof they have handed them over? Rocket dog states with no proof of postage, no refund. EDIT Again unprofessional and rude. As stated the client using the service ROCKET DOG state that if parcel goes missing and no receipt, no refund. I'm not going to hand you an expensive parcel without a receipt. There was no email either. I'm surprised Yodel allow you the contract. No wonder your shop has such a bad reputation in the area! Considering your attitude, which is plain to see by your responses to these reviews. No wonder the shop has become so run down. You probably don't get many customers.

   Dear wicked women who runs this shop, please find yourself another job, you are a vile bully, i sincerely hope you do not have young children the way you treat children who arnt even yours, snatching food from customers hands who had every intention to pay, bullying my 10 & 11 year old boys telling they were barred for absolutely no reason, you was even questioned by other customers to what they had done wrong because they couldn’t understand your bizarre behaviour, your response was you treat all children the same, which also made other customers leave, you don’t deserve to run a shop in such a lovely community, your a rotten apple (cctv will back what I say stop lying)

   Th ok s shop is the worst !!!! They have no phone line as it’s been cut off and I can’t receive my parcel that has been sat there for 11 days now ! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else .
