   I had to cancel my Tuesday appointment due to financial struggles, but I only had the chance to do it on Sunday evening. The counsellor lady immediately started threatening me with legal serves, and I am a person who initially asked for her help as the last resort struggling with depression and anxiety. All for £60. I deeply regretted opening up to her and will probably think twice before I trust another mental health worker...

   My experience with Joanna was amazing. I found her online and upon meeting her for my first session I felt really comfortable and able to open up. She shared really good tips on how to manage everything I was dealing with and those tips I still implement now (3 years later). I’ll be taking more sessions with her as I believe therapy is beneficial.

   A friendly safe space to talk through issues. Joanna helped me gain confidence as a mum and work through family issues. Sessions taught me to be a happier individual with a positive self image, setting appropriate boundaries and learning how to build relationships with loved ones.
