I always create my own Bbq chicken bacon pizza and its amazing Victor today delivered my pizza fast and was very polite
Ordered multiple times from here and they always mess up our orders, this time we ordered two pizza’s and received one, called and the manager was utterly rude, appalling service and even ruder staff. Update: The manager was completely useless, after promising to send out the order 30 mins had passed so we called back, they apologised and said they didn’t know where the driver was, 20 mins later we called again and they said they would refund us and get the pizza to us, a further 20 mins later we called and they said they refunded and never sent the pizza, the manager was rude and had nothing but cheek saying “well it’s refunded, all sorted” asked to make a formal complaint and he said I am the manager, asked for his name and he refused to give me it. Complaint made via the app.
Pizza turned up all folded over like the boxes had been dropped or thrown about. 2nd pizza looked like it had been thrown on the floor
efficiently delivered by the friendly victor :) pizza was tasty and warm, and cookies delicious. always been my go-to fast food takeaway in portsmouth. can’t really comment on the restaurant as never been.

Hardly any cheese on all 3 pizzas dry and covered in bubbles, guy serving was also rude
James was super polite, helpful and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The food was hot, fresh and tasty.
Asked for a meat fest pizza without mushrooms and onions. When I got home and open the box there was mushrooms and onions all over the pizza
