Tried so many takeaways in the area and this one is my favourite for kebabs and burgers. Pizzas are same as everywhere else however pizza direct are quite generous with the toppings
Best food in hull for a great price, amazing customer service especially from the lovely cashier and great atmosphere all around.
Best takeaway in hull, we don't use anywhere else. Food is always nice and always comes hot. Always recommended to friends and family. Can't fault them 10/10 gutted that they are closed on a Tuesday
Never had a bad meal. The chicken kebab is packed and the pizzas/burgers are great. You get a decent amount for the children’s meals too which is great.
Took over 1 hour for delivery and found half of our order missing. Food that did arrive was cold. Dog enjoyed it more than us. Takeaway is 5 minutes away from our house
Amazing pizza, maybe the best in Hull! Even the gourmet burgers are top notch Delivery is on time or early 90% of the time. After a rare order which was sent out late, they made up for it with free cake :) Drivers are polite and courteous and the food is always hot on delivery. Prices are fair for the quality of the food. Only been on-premises once, but the kitchen looks clean and waiting area is nice, staff are very friendly
We use direct pizza quite alot but last order was fairly poor, we orderd chicken kebab which was quite dry the was lacking in taste too, we will use again but hopefully will be improved in future orders. Just felt I needed to share this one.
Ordered a margarita pizza with only green pepper and red onion. Got it and had all peppers on. Manager told me it's my fault as I didn't say don't put red and yellow on. Personally feel it's self explanatory when ordering via telephone only green peppers and red onion. Manager continued to verbally attack me and continuously calling me darling. Not going to lie the food is normally spot on but I do not expect to be spoken to so poorly when it's their error.
Went here for the first time today and have to admit I'm very impressed. We got a few 12" pizzas and some hot wings and they threw in some free garlic bread and fries (with decent amount of chip spice!) Excellent pizza with a good selection of toppings and flavours. Didn't taste too greasy like some places can be, and the hot wings had plenty of meat and spicy breadcrumb. Will definitely go back there despite other places being closer. Strongly recommend.
