   We've recently started ordering from here, the food is very nice however 3 times in a row they've not sent chips when we've ordered them this might seem like a non issue but it's happened 3 times now, and it's not exactly cheap, as nice as we think it is here we will not be ordering there again now because its happened too often

   The food arrived and we ordered 2 tubs of garlic butter with it that they packed with the food the heat from it melted the butter and it leaked all over the rest of the order. I contacted them and they said they would replace the full order. Then a few minutes later the manager rang back and said which items need to be replaced and they wanted to see it when they brought the replacements for the food that was no good as some of the people that was going to be eating can't have garlic. Obviously didn't believe me. when they arrived 45 minutes later there was no apology and just replaced the items the rest of us had to have cold food. Poor service + Cold food + No apology = Disgusted customer we won't be coming back here again. Have had to give one star because you can't post à comment if you don't.

   Waited well over an hour for our order rang back twice to see where it was staff so rude they put the phone down. When it finally arrived soggy cold chips very salty chicken. Chill sauce just tomato ketchup with spice in it. Pitta bread inedible won't be using every again!!

   I have a huge red sign on my letterbox flap saying no menus, yet the cheeky sods just post their menu anyway. Disrespectful, environmentally unsound and deserving of a 1-star vent.

   Never eaten here this is a review of the menu. Just your run of the mill take away everything is frozen and bought in doner meat is on 50% of the food which is always a sign of a terrible takeaway. The menu is just awful I've got no idea what they was thinking... I'm guessing they wasn't tbf
