Ordered burger and chips the chips was reheated the burger had no salard hardly I got a donner kebab it was horrible the donner meat looked like it was from two weeks ago we won't be ordering from mafia again avoid like the plague bad food can't cook !!!!!
Poor customer service, spent over £25 to get the free garlic bread . When we phoned to ask for it , we were told they don't do free garlic bread , When we pointed out it's on the just eat site and the reason we chose to order from pizza mafia this evening. We were abruptly told next time they have a driver they will send it but they were short on drivers so we would have to wait . If I'd have wanted to eat part of my meal at a later time i would have requested that , but I want to eat it all together, so you will send it when I have a driver spare isn't acceptable when I've spent £30 with you . Don't advertise things you cannot provide that's misrepresentation pizza mafia east.
Disappointing tonight, food was just about warm tonight when it's usually spot on. And it was nearly 45 mins late. Shame because always our go to takeaway, hopefully it's just a one off.
apsolutley discusting food and service, they said it would be delivered in an hour, 2 hours later it arrived shortly before it arrived i rang the shop to see how long it would be the manager started screaming down the phone, was hardly any donner meat in the wrap and about 10 chips if that will not be spending my money here again! they need shutting down
Food is delicious, always hot & good portion sizes, wouldn’t go anywhere else for my takeaways. Always deliver within a good time too. Would highly recommend
I've never had a issue with the food , tasted great everytime, delivery pretty quick on most occasions I have used them , highly recommend.
First time I have been since its had new management. I wont be going back. For £7.99 I got a boneless box meal as i used to always get it before I moved. Box is now only a medium pizza box and had hardly any chips. Small dollops of sauce in the pots and a bit of salad not worth the price they charge ... £8.49 on some menus in shop. My second review on pizza mafia .2 years ago was brilliant with good portions for £6.99 boneless box meal had Massive portions. Not like that anymore .. less boneless items too. Shop area scruffy and dirty too. Not even worth a picture this time . Defo not like my first review From 2 years ago.
