Booked a table for my father-in-laws 60th birthday and was totally disappointed. His pasta was dry and when he told them, there was no apology. Instead, the waitress said “it doesn’t look like it”. The waiting staff could barely crack a smile and weren’t friendly in the slightest. Certainly won’t come back and would not recommend to anyone if you want a decent Italian meal with half good table service.

Was served by the delightful Abby/ie/I a few weeks ago. She gave us a quick service, a personable interaction and brought great vibes. The lasagne was lovely. The white chocolate brownie was beautiful!! Would skip the Cajun prawns though - very small and watery sauce

Amazing new Christmas menu! Me and my boyfriend had White Christmas cocktails and they were absolutely amazing, followed by other Christmas menu items. We were served by Abi, she was very friendly and made our date all the more better :) 11/10 experience

We had a lovely time, the food was really nice. The garlic bread was really nice. Our server Kayleigh was great, really chatty and upbeat. Good value for money too

Typical pizza express which are usually good. We enjoyed the food but was let down by having to find staff to take our order after sitting for 15 minutes. This is having booked online as a pre theatre meal ie there's a time factor. Why ask people if you ignore it. The staff member used the poor excuse that they were talking about the Xmas tree they were putting up. What???!!

I visited on 25.02.23 with my family. I ordered the beef lasagna but the only things that resembled anything that came from a cow was the 2 tiny bits of gristle. It looked and tasted like a really bad microwave lasagna and at £13.95 I felt like I had been robbed! There was nothing wrong with the service, the staff were all friendly and had one of them asked if we enjoyed our meals I would have said no. I definitely would not dine there again in a hurry.

Enjoyed our time here. Temperature a tad cold as Prince's Quay had turned the heating way down, so we kept our coats on! Nice views at night over the water and the reflections of the lights. Accessibility: Car Parking levels 2 and 4 for direct access into the Quays. 3 Pedestrian entrances level/lift/ramped. Disabled lift Wide spacing of tables Toilets: Including for disabled.

Pretty slow service from wait staff despite being the only other customers there late on a midweek evening, but the food preparation was good and the pizzas were great, but you come to expect that from a standardised chain like this. The ambiance was pleasant and it was nice to sit in the window and look at the lights reflecting off the river directly outside.

Excellent service. Friendly, efficient, and courteous. Dinner was delicious. We had pesto dough balls and jalapeno doughballs, which were lovely, however it's back to the doppio next time because we love duelling over the dipping sauces. OH had the Calabrese as per usual and I had American Hot Romana (which he 'helped' me with). Pizza by the water with an Aperol Spritz. Last time I did that was in Venice - though we couldn't pay for that one with Tesco vouchers :)
