Staff recommended to order and pay via website so we can avail the 50% off. Pizza dough was still soft like it was newly cooked even though we ate it after an hour since the dinner place was an hour away from dominos.
One of most tasteless Domino’s pizza’s I have ever had. At first upon collection, I was told they had no such order in the system for me, until I showed the server that I had indeed placed an ordered from this branch, and was due for collection in the next 10 minutes. She then disappear out back to speak with someone, only to return to say my pizza was in the over. Her English wasn’t great so I was struggling to understand what she was saying, but confirmed the pizza was in fact ordered, and would be ready in a short whilst. When I got home and looked at the pizza, it wasn’t a large, it was a medium for starters. Also, all the toppings were present except bbq sauce, as the pizza was a Texan so has no tomatoe sauce base. I called up straight away, as the pizza was quite dry, and not the same without its base sauce. Anyway, whoever I spoke to said im to said they themselves put the bbq sauce on pizza so I must be wrong. Well I can assure you I have better things to do with my time than to make up bogus claims as you are suggesting They spammed my phone after this, as I guess they knew they had made a mistake, but I wanted no further dealings with this place. I have taken videos and photos of the pizza, so be sent to corporate. It’s just reminded me why I shouldn’t buy takeaway chained pizza anymore…it’s not only expensive, but pretty disappointing for the price you pay!
Ordered from our hotel, easy to track and the driver was really lovely! Best domino's we've had in ages, down south they've gone a bit rubbish and we haven't really bothered for ages but this was spot on!
Food taste presentation and quality 1 out100, where 1 is do not buy. I would like to say is worst then KFC but I would be too hard on them. But I would definitely not sell such thing. I don't know what is happening in Uk not even corporate businesses sell decided food. Greasy, microwaved, and flavorless. For sure this is a pass. Looking forward to not try there pizza.
Placed an order on 12th of January, my first issue was that I placed an order for ice cream, the branch called me up to say the freezer was broken so they had none. He offered me a bottle of fanta as a substitute but I asked for a refund instead. The shop said they weren’t able to do this and I ended up getting cookies sent instead. (I did eventually get refunded for this from Domino’s Customer Service) My bigger issue however was that when my order arrived the chicken wings had blue in them. I complained about this to Domino’s support however they fail to acknowledge the issue with the blue chicken and just reiterate that they submitted a refund for the ice cream issue already.
Placed an order, was in quiltly check for over half and hour. When it was finely put out for delivery, was marked as delivered pritty quick but it hadn't been. I gave it 10-15 before ringing the store as this has happened before. When I did ring the store they kept just picking up and hanging up straight away. My food did finely arrive (mainly cold) and the driver exspained to me why it was late (another driver had a puncher). I totally understand that these things happen, was annoyed me is that the shop couldn't answer the phone and take to mins to tell me what whatbhad happened.
Always manage to forget something. I can think of maybe 3 orders out of 12 where the items weren't missing. The amazing thing is; if you order past 3:30AM, they will guarantee your order gets delivered at closing time (5AM). This means they can completely ignore any items you have and deliver anything. By the time you sit down and open the box, its completely wrong and they wont accept calls to fix it. This wouldn't be so bad if they didn't charge a PREMIUM for the some of their items. I PAID for Nduja sausage on my wedges, You deliver me wedges DRENCHED in gross weird cheese, you get 1 star.
As the year 2022 is near the end I would like to thank dominos for a great year of eating. I love these pizzas and can not thank dominos enough. The. Drivers are very kind and polite and the in store staff are brilliant. I get different pizzas every time I order and all my family like a wide variety of pizzas as they are all lovely and the food is top quality and the shops are spotless and clean.
Got 2 sides with my pizza.. cheesy garlic bread and nachos and it came looking like this ... pizza is fine but the rest is shocking. And this cost me £18. What a joke. They definitely didn't quality check before sending it out.... they resent the sides.... look at the difference! Could have done that the first time
