My daughter ordered food for her and her friends, cost £20 and never got delivered, website said it was delivered and when we tried ringing to complain it just kept going to answer phone. Called 30 times and every time was just answer phone. If you can't fulfil the order don't take the money

My daughter had ordered food over the phone for delivery and it took 40 minutes when it came it was just about edible and they had forgotten 2 pots of garlic. My daughter called them back 4 times and they turned up with 2 pots of garlic at 230am in the morning and knocked us up. Food should be delivered altogether not in bits, and I don't appreciate been knocked up at 230 in morning and we still haven't received a refund. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN

The food itself does look quite appetising, unfortunately given that we ordered it at around 1:30 and it was delivered at 4:00am, everyone in my house is now asleep and has no interest in eating it. I get if you’re busy on a Saturday night, that’s a given, but when I rang up for an update at 2:00am I was told it would be 20 minutes, then I was told it would be 10 minutes (ended up being an hour) I don’t mind if you’re too busy to get the orders out but would have rather had the order cancelled and refunded over waiting 2 and a half hours for food we no longer want to eat. Disappointing.

Just like I asked for – crispy chicken, fresh lettuce, melted cheese, and tasty sauce all wrapped perfectly. Fries were hot and crunchy.

Papa Mo's has been my go-to pizza takeaway for a while now and I honestly can't recommend them enough. Every time I order, the food is hot, fresh, and delivered super quickly. The quality is always consistent, and the pizzas are packed with flavour and generous toppings. What really sets them apart though is the customer service. The team is always so friendly and polite, and it really feels like they value their regular customers. On the rare occasion there’s been a small issue, like a missing item or something not quite right, they’ve handled it so well. No fuss at all, just genuine apologies and even offering free items to make up for it. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to keep coming back. You don’t get that kind of care from every place. They've always been wonderful to me and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. It’s more than just a takeaway spot – it feels like a local gem run by people who really care. Definitely one of the best in the area.

Normally good from here but lately always been problems, ordered a calzone and the olives inside had stones in the middle so had to dissect it to make it edible. One of the pizza bases was raw in the centre and never enough cheese on the pizzas so every other bite is just toppings no cheese. Shame because all these are rookie errors! Where's your passion gone papa mos!!!!!

I was charged £ 11.50 for 3 very small pieces of chicken, naan and some salad and onions?! Unbelievable. It was the first and last time. I do not recommend this.

We have recently switched from another local place through Just eat, papa Mo's pizza has been absolutely class every time we order. Good prices, an average delivery for 4 of us usually costs around £22 which I think is great for the quality of the food. Delivery is always fast and the food is always hot. Awesome place.

Don’t recommend. Ordered through uber eats 2 wraps and 2 chips portion as an offer. It didn’t gave as an option to pick what meat and salad we want. They just put dooner in tortilla and send it to us.Chips were old . I paid 11£ for 2 tortilla with awful meat and nothing else in it. I had a taste when i got it because I didn’t knew it’s donner and had to spit it out.horrible. I rang the restaurant to explain that it’s second time when i order the same thing and the first order had what we wanted chicken and salads but the guy on the phone kept finding excuses about not having a phone nr which was clearly a lie and that we should have said. YOU DON’t have an option to pick or write what i want. Also asked to take them back to get different ones. People have a reason why they use uber eats instead of going themselves to get the food.just don’t waist your time and money .DON’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE better places to order your food than this
