Our regular takeaway, foods always lovely and the staff and delivery drivers are always polite. Been ordering from here for the last 8 years.
Food never came, they refused to take my call after I called them several times, still had to pay all the extra fee’s. Scam.
Do not order from this place! They wrote a message to not order after 2am even though they are on just eat!! If you don’t want orders after a certain time then remove yourself from just eats service from a certain time instead of writing a snotty message to your customers. The food was awful and would not recommend to anybody.
TERRIBLE delivery time 3 separate occasions we have ordered and have waited over 2 hours every time for it to be delivered!! such a shame because the food is gorgeous, we will never order for delivery from here again we aren’t falling for it for the 4th time HA DONT TAKE MORE AND MORE ORDERS IF YOU CANT DELIVER THEM!
Me and my partner have ordered from here for a few months now and never had a problem till our last order! We have both suffered from food posoning from a donna pizza we shared, will not be ordering from here again please don't order from here we are lucky our 18 month old didn't have any. Completely horrified after reading more reviews
One of the worst pizza shops in hull I would AVOID AVOID AVOID. Firstly I placed an order at 7pm and received it at 9pm 2hours after placing the order I ordered a Bolognese pizza which was overly messy like they just thrown loads on and to top it off it was cold I rang on 2 occasions both times to be told 5mins away on the 2nd time of ringing when I asked for a refund he said no no he be 5mins and put phone down. No sorry nothing absolutely atrocious AVOID
Wow, I didn't know they made pizza so small, no size options available, Bad experience trying to explain where Holderness road is despite their shop being on Holderness road. Ordered via uber eats and paid well over the odds, and judging by the review with the fly, I should have checked here first. Struggling to find a decent pizza place in Hull.
Ordered food from here last night and unfortunately found a dead fly baked into the bottom of the pizza. I contacted King Square and they organised to send a replacement pizza provided I gave the other one back. I was quite happy to do so as it’s the first issue I’ve ever had with them. When I recieved the replacement pizza I was halfway through when I discovered a black hair was cooked into the pizza toppings. To me it just shows poor food hygiene. Such a shame because it’s usually lovely food/service.
