Spent 8 quid on some chicken bites and got like, 4 tiny ones. All the good is absolutely mid as hell and Costs a kings ransom. Do NOT go here
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Food doesn’t turn up, delivery drivers don’t care and the staff aren’t bothered when you ring them. Our food said it was delivered on the app and it was over half an hour before we had it. Staff made us feel like an inconvenience on the phone and didn’t get an apology. Ordered directly through papa johns and they can’t be bothered to provide the food you pay top dollar for. When it does finally come ours later it’s average at best.
Do not order from this store anlaby rd if you want your pizza turning up like this and cold I don’t usually write reviews but I did give store the opportunity to sort out but never rang me back problem is there using uber eats for there deliveries that don’t care about customers
Absolutely ridiculous service. Order placed at 8PM — over two hours later, we’re still waiting, only to find out the food was stolen and nobody even bothered to notify us! We had to call the restaurant twice just to be told, “We’re really sorry.” That’s simply not good enough. After waiting this long, we should’ve been made a priority, or at the very least offered a refund or some kind of compensation. This level of service is unacceptable. I was told by the person on the phone that the driver has only left at 9:45 and it’s now 10:09 and still no food. I would not recommend anyone to order from this place — total waste of time and zero accountability.
Always a Pleasant Experience! I order from Papa John’s regularly, and they’ve always delivered great service. The food consistently arrives hot, fresh, and well-prepared, especially the pizzas and sides, which are always full of flavour. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Whether I’m calling in, picking up in-store, or getting a delivery, they’re always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions or adjustments. It genuinely feels like you’re being looked after by people who care, not just a big chain. Tasty food and great service, can’t ask for more!

Food is tasteless with little bit of meats on top. So disappointed at the quality.
Got a pizza and jalapeno bites, pizza was ok but the bites came as a solid ball of mush. Complained to Papa John's customer service and was told they couldn't do anything because I ordered through Just Eat. Dire service all round.
Amazing service from a gentleman named Sai, very patient with us and explained the offers very well. Very impressed with telephone mannerism and the pizzas were perfect temperature, taste and lactose intolerant friendly (vegan cheese!) 10/10 best pizza in Hull
