   I would like to take the time-out to appreciate the customer service of Karina who was waiting our tables on 13th Dec, Saturday. She was very lively and informed us about the menu very patiently. Even while having food she made sure that everything was ok and attended to all our requests. She was also engaging with our son in a friendly way. This place is very lucky to have an exceptional employee with higher customer service standards.

   I often come here with the kids for a quick and relatively cheap dinner. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Was served by Sally on Tuesday and forgot to mention that I wanted the vegan version of a pizza, however was no issue when I realised my mistake.

   Probably the best Pizza Hut we’ve ever been to! Lovely and clean, buffet topped up and fresh, and service fantastic. Karina and Tasha were brilliant! We came with our 2 year old whos birthday it was today, and they made it very special, and even sent her on her way with stickers which made her day! We will absolutely be back. Pizza Hut are lucky to have you both!

   I recently visited Pizza Hut in Hull with my family for their lunchtime buffet, and I must say that I was very impressed with the variety and quality of food on offer. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and casual, making it a great place to catch up with friends or enjoy a quick lunch break. Overall, I would highly recommend the lunchtime buffet at Pizza Hut Hull for anyone looking for a tasty and affordable lunchtime meal. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was very enjoyable.

   It was my daughters birthday and I arrived there with my two daughters, my sister and her son. I took a cake and asked if they could bring it out after our meal which the lady was more than happy to do. My older daughter tried to order the food on through the app but for whatever reason it didn't work. We had a very pleasant young man called Liam who took our order and was very attentive throughout our meal, nothing was to much trouble for him. The food was great and the fantastic atmosphere was made all the more enjoyable by Liam's great attitude. All my family throughly enjoyed themselves and we will be back soon.

   We only gave a 4 star because there wasnt as many selections of pizza as we expected. They tasted great though. The salad bar looked a little 'old' but I still managed a bowl. Service was fab, very friendly staff and helpful as we had a few queries about our 18month old. Very pleased will definitely return.

   Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The member of staff who looked after us was excellent and really added to our enjoyment of the evening. We hadn't been for a long time, the menu was explained to us, he was very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble!! So a big thank you to Liam C at the Hull St Andrews Quay Restaurant. We will definitely be revisiting soon!

   Lovely trip to Pizza Hut. Our second visit since and I have to say this was a far better visit than the last. We had the Buffet bundle meal which is £13.99 for all the pizza you can his, all the ice cream you can stomach and refillable drinks. The child’s Buffett was £8.99. It works out quite well as the drinks are £3.25 by themselves with out adding pizza, salad and ice cream. Pizza was tasty and the salad was fresh. What a nice visit.
