Stock filling trollies blocking shelves, numerous gaps and really expensive. Lacked any level of warm service. Toilets were unpleasant, smelled uncleaned for days.

Have been rudely spoken to by staff at this store on two occasions, (not sure if it was the same person), with little cause. It is on my commute but will be reluctant to stop again for this reason.
Have stopped here a few times when visiting family. Won't be again. First time I stopped with my 2 year son to reload on snacks and the blonde man was very friendly. Today I stopped by myself to get a hot drink and the guy who's name was Jason was very rude and unfriendly when I was waiting to order my hot drink. I was waiting for a long time at the hot drink station and no one came over to me. So I asked the guy at the till 'do I order my hot drink here' and I got a snapped response saying 'you pay here'. I had other items in my hands so got confused thinking he didn't hear me. I then said 'but I'd like to order a hot drink too' and he said in a harsh tone again 'you order and pay here!' Okay thanks, well tell me that nicely... He then proceeded to shout at his colleague to make the hot drink. No manners that guy. You may think this isn't a big deal but he made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.
It's always clean and tidy always stocked up. But I've noticed that the price of goods are getting pricey. Still it's got all your needs catered for in a very small amount of space. We'll done staff.just a update I've stopped here 4 times now and it's shut again.? I'll have to start using the shell garage across the road in the future as it open. Shame really.bye bye.
Stopped here several times to refuel about 9.30pm, shop doors already locked and when asked if I could get a drink I was told fuel only. Won't be stopping here again, spend my 1k a week on fuel somewhere else.
Very clean, very convenient. Bought fuel, and lunch. Sat on picnic tables provided. Toilets in shop.
No matter how nice the people are there and what a good place, HGV parking wise it's horrendous. One can only access the parking lot through two fueling stations so if you start running out of time, you will be, as there's always someone fueling a truck
