   Bought x2 Amazon vouchers worth £500. They managed to block my business cards and when I requested the till receipts for business records and tax purposes showing the two different cards used they couldn't provide them. Not to mention when I mentioned will make a complaint, their answer was: "Good luck". I suggest the shop manager implements a few SOPs to newbies who don't have any customer services. The only good part, if I can say good part, was the staff member that dealt with the transactions apologising, no like the shop supervisor and his "good luck" .

   Really miserable staff- very rude. Demanded that I leave with my service dog- even though I was going in weekly- didn’t mind the grumpy lady till she was very rude and now I’ll go elsewhere!

   Unloading a lorry at 8:30 on a weekday in the middle of the main road causing a 40 minute build up of traffic and making everyone late for work is exactly what you want from a local little shop. You could get people fired, find a different way and definitely a different time of day.

   Really freindly staff the products are at a really cheap price but one thing i will say uts avit crammped and small theres not really anothe room fir about 2 people walking past each other. And it is also wheelchair accessability
