Waited 1hr 20. Food cold. Had to airfry the chips because they were wet and soggy in the bag. Burger cold and been left with lettuce in that long, the bread was wet. I ate what I could because I was so hungry. Donner butty was stone cold. Never again.
Got friends round ordered a mixture of food.. No complaints from all Absolutely outstanding!!! Will definitely order again Thanks guys
Really enjoyed the burger, the pizza was lovely (A bit too salty though, it might have been the jalepenos) Mushrooms were very nice - a very big portion. Got a free cheesy garlic bread which was a nice surprise, thank you. Delivered quickly.
We arrived around 9:45 PM and were impressed to see the team thoroughly cleaning the place—it was clear they take cleanliness seriously. We ordered a mixed doner and chicken with chips, and the food was excellent. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next night. I’d definitely eat here again!
Ordered for the first and last time this evening ! Should of checked the Google reviews beforehand Spent almost £57 for the delivery driver to come telling us he had no change from £60, we would’ve let him keep the change had he not come just expecting to keep it! What delivery driver has no change ? And after paying £5 delivery already, expecting to just keep our change is just cheeky He also arrived without the bottle of Coke we paid for, without the cream for the chocolate cake which was also stale! We ordered two beef fillet steaks which has never seen fillet in its life! Why charge extra for quality ingredients and then it provide them The meat was flavourless with lumps of fat and was as tough as leather Never again !!!
1oct 22 had pomodoro and arrabiata plus tomato garlic bread delivered to raywell lodges. Delicious definitely recommend.
Superb take away food , one of works favourites we have had take away from here many many times , our colleague John is addicted to thier gourmet cheeseburger ! Buuuuut as good as the food is there are 2 things that let this establishment down 1. A minor niggle but one that gets my goat is that you are charged 50p to use your card , surely that can be absorbed on a £40+ order ???? 2. A recent phenomenon .....missing stuff off the order ! This has happened a lot recently and not just chips or a pot of sauce we were missing a burger last week and last night a whole pizza even though he had been left with a hand written list ! The owner is always very apologetic but never able to drop off the missing item or indeed offers any compensation for you having to travel back . So if you order from here you'll enjoy the food but check your order carefully or you too may end up having to look at pizza less little Josh with tears rolling down his face !
One of the main meals was missing, been in catering for 20 years and I can tell you that the food delivered was over priced and poor quality! They said they couldn't do a refund via the phone or just eat and we were charged delivery when it was a free delivery. We did get a refund on the missing meal, but not on the delivery charge and it looks like they charge you for paying by card, which is illegal.
Ordered food from here and although the main meals wasn’t too bad, the dessert had mould on it. Absolutely disgusting to serve food mouldy, laughable that received no apology and not received refund for the mouldy desserts either. Avoid at all costs. Will be reporting this monday morning to environmental health because this is appalling…
