Website and Google states that they're open for delivery orders until 5am, this is not correct. Deliveries stop at 11pm. Just needed a proper meal after finding a dead relative and now don't have anything to eat because we were relying on this information being correct. Thank you SO MUCH. You just made an already awful night even worse.
Was quiet when I collected my food. Staff member was polite, respectful and efficient. Very happy with my experience at Domino’s.

App said had been delivered after 20 minutes but before tracker stopped it said it was still at the shop. This has happened a couple of times now. Arrived 20 minutes later. Food very disappointing. Wrap was burnt, chips were cold and undercooked. Worst was all the smaller stuff had been put on top of the pizza and it had all got stuck to the top of the box. Will not be ordering from again.
I ordered at 12.15 didn't receive until 1.50 driver had no manners and was very rude when on the phone shop staff offered little to no help and had no reason for such a delay when I did get the food it was cold and had be squashed the chips where like mush I ended up throwing it all away. Overall awful customer service and food
The staff here are always so nice, they helped us to to the car when we had a big order always really polite, 10/10 for brilliant staff
Say they deliver take the money then when you give them your order number they say they can't deliver and it'll take 3 days to get the refund. #joke
Great pizza and amazing cookies, I needed a receipt for expenses but didn't get proved one... called the next day and they were able to email me a copy straight away. Fantastic.
Customer service non existent. Paid over £30 for our order and when it arrived the wedges were missing, was told there was nothing they could do unless we want them in an hour.. no apology whatsoever but we could have them next time. I think all in all shocking service for such expensive food , also pizzas were cold and hardly any cheese on them. Meat was insipid , won't be using again , total waste of money
Ordered for delivery, have done the past two weekends and delivery has been fast and food is perfect and hot. This weekend we waited over an hour and the tracker stated ‘ready for collection’ when we had ordered delivery waited and waited called and spoke to someone he was extremely dosile and clearly had no customer service skills whatsoever, I had to say do we get an apology or an explanation? As all he said was yeah we’re busy? like it was my problem and not theirs! Terrible service for such an expensive pizza. If the person on the phone was intelligent enough to say sorry for the delay and explain we would reorder and be satisfied with that but not after his attitude stank so bad. Embarrassing for such a good company.
