   Ordered large chips with plenty of salt, vinegar and scraps plus curry sauce and mushy peas, very simple order. Chips are white and undercooked, sauce pots are half full and no salt , vinegar or scraps.

   We have been ordering from here for a while, however our order this evening will be our last. Firstly, our food took nearly 2 hours to arrive. After inquiring after an hour how long it would be, I got told 15 minutes. The delivery driver however was very sorry and kept apologising. Once opening the food we discovered this wasn’t our order and it was stone cold. The things we received we have family members allergic to. After then inquiring a second time and asking for a refund the person on the phone apologised and said I will have to go through the take out app I used. Very unhelpful. Thankfully I got a refund, but it’s such a disappointment as we always looked forward to this take out.

   Needs a half star at best, dripping in oil, kebab meat was awful, chips were frozen french fries. What happened to a good old fashioned chippy? Close the doors and board it up mate. I'm surprised you sleep at night.

   JUSTEAT and other home deliveries have priority now. Waited 30 mins for scrappy, half a bag chips, more like left overs, and a battered sausage. Cost nearly £5.

   Just spent £34 on inedible Haddon and chips far overcooked and dried out. Not a great start to new years eve all wasted mind you the saveloy was fine. Owner accused us of putting in foil what a crock of nonsense. The food was ready in 15 minutes there is no way I would do that. Your blatantly lying to cover garbage food. I never asked for my money back and you don't like the truth.....

   Illegally charging extra to pay by card. When challenged the lady behind the counter was polite, but said there was nothing she could do because just eat charged it. Tried to explain that is their service fee and what has it got to with me being in the shop paying by card… didn’t get anywhere. Had a chip butty and it wasn’t very good at all

   I called in for a battered sausage and chips with gravy, it was 7.30pm. The chips weren't even hot and tasted like they had been there ages. The sausage was no better, batter wasn't crispy and again it wasn't warm. The gravy was very thick and lukewarm. I was recommended to try this chippy but based on tonight's experience I won't be returning
