Sunday morning 5/10/25. Nick served me at the till. There was no internet connection that day, so he shared his hotspot from own phone so I could use my vouchers and coupons. I really appreciated his help with that, he went above and beyond. Thanks Nick!

Waited an hour in the queue to order a new sim free mobile phone in the end went elsewhere. It would be helpful if there was a seperate pay area just for people to pay to take away without waiting so long whilst people are sorted with the tesco mobile network.

Decided to stop for lunch at the Beverley Tesco, however was kind of disappointed to learn that you can't swap items even if you inform the server that you have an allergy to certain items such as eggs. Would have given fewer stars however the person that served me was very apologetic. The food policy particularly the policy of being able to swap out items due to either preference or dietary needs, needs to be changed because it's not inclusive for the needs of all customers.

Service was good, quality of breakfast was good, but the only hot thing was the fried egg. The bacon was absolutely cold, beens and hash browns warmish, toast was colder than the butter.Coffee was very good but went cold quickly in the semi /arctic air conditioning. Requested that the air con was adjusted but staff said they could do nothing about it. Food hygiene standards stat that hot food should be served at a certain temperature which yours didn't reachand was made worse by the semi arctic air conditioning. It's a pity that good service and good food should be marred by temperature.

Supply and stock control can be hit and miss. Shelves can be bare or over-stocked with items with exceptionally short dates on them. Parking at peak times can be challenging. However, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the store is clean and tidy.

It appears that the Tesco car park is used by locals for going to other shops. 11 in the morning and it is all but impossible to find a parking spot, yet less than a dozen people inside the store? They need to impose a parking charge so actual customers can use the place.

It doesn’t take much to review a Tesco does it…..we all know what they do and the service they provide. This being a superstore it has the usual clothing range, home range and cafe attached. Massive car park which gets very busy, cash machines also available along with customer toilets. The mens which I used were pretty disgusting, I don’t know how often they get cleaned? There was a very strong urine smell and the place looked like it had seen better days, they certainly were not clean!! Based on my experience I would recommend out of sheer convenience.
