“Recently boarded my bearded dragon and I can highly recommend. She’s not been well recently and is on critical care but this wasn’t a problem for Laura and Karl. I was sent updates and pictures whenever I asked which out my mind at ease. It’s very clear to see they love what they do and genuinely care for the animals that come to them. Despite living over an hour and a half away, I wouldn’t want anyone else to look after my beardie as they have lots of experience and knowledge as well as being very caring. Thanks again”

The care he received was exceptional including managing to clear a chronic ear infection that he'd had on and off for nearly 2 years! “This superb Beverley hotel has exceeded themselves. I refer to the Nania, witch and the wardrobe Christmas theme they have created at the hotel. The new entrance to the heated and covered outside terrace is a delight. Entering through the huge doors to a Christmas tree forest and on to the seating area where more decorated and lit trees is an experience not to be missed. I loved the small plate terrace menu, the perfect food alternative to “Christmas Fayre” Fabulous food in a fantastic setting. Looked after by staff that were professional and attentive and seemed to enjoy making the visit enjoyable to their guests. All involved in this delight from the directors of Thwaites brewery down to the pot washer should be proud. Because you’ve created something that Beverley can be proud of too.”

“First time at this groomers & what a fab experience. Hannah was lovely & gave HAL a super groom, he looked & smelled fabulous afterwards & especially was pleased how his beard was styled to maintain the length but get rid of the matts. No being made to feel bad for allowing a few matts to build, as I've experienced elsewhere. Loved this place, only difficulty was parking. I'd definitely be back but have noticed there's one of their parlours just round the corner from home, saving travel & time off work. This was well worth the money, very pleased with service & result. Thankyou ladies & apologies for his woofing when he was having to wait in the pen for the bath!”

“Reliable and experienced dog walker. Takes dog out on his own, not in a group of other dogs. Handles our one-year-old energetic working cocker spaniel well. Confident to let him exercise off the lead and also helps train him to walk better when on the lead. Gives good feedback after each walk, including photos. Happy to give her access to our house when we’re out so she can take the dog out and return him before we get back. Overall very happy with the service.”

“Wasn't sure what to expect when Inca, my Gsd, had her referral. She had been referred after badly lacerating her foot and has ligament damage. The treatment is to strengthen her leg and build muscle back up. She was a bit nervous at first but soon overcame this as the staff are so friendly and it's such a calming atmosphere. Inca goes in the Hydrotherapy tank with a treadmill in it, after having 3 sessions so far she is really happy going in it and seems to enjoy her sessions. We have noticed an improvement in the strength in her leg, my daughter commented on how well she is walking now compared to how she was. I have also noticed an improvement in her when walking in the tank, this shows again that there is a build up in strength. We have a long way to go but with the treatment she gets here I'm positive we will get there. Thank you for guys for all you have done so far. If anyone is thinking of this treatment for their dog go for it you won't regret it.”

“Cooper & Co have been walking our sprocker Spaniel, Bear, for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Ruby is kind, patient, and exceptionally reliable. Bear has a few quirky behavioural traits and can sometimes need a bit of extra encouragement on his walks, but Ruby handles him with great understanding and care. We love receiving photos of Bear and his friends enjoying their walks together. It gives me real peace of mind knowing Bear is safe, happy, and well looked after while I’m at work. “My cockapoo Bobby is extremely nervous and anxious which was triggered after an incident with his previous groomers. However Kerry is an absolute angel, she has worked extremely hard with Bobby over the last 3 years to build up his trust and to create a lovely bond. She never pushes him past his comfort zone and ensures that how he feels is the most important thing. After what happened I am also a nervous owner however as soon as we arrive at Bo’bella and I see Bobby run up to Kerry and give her kisses all over her face all of my worries melt away. I cannot speak highly enough of Kerry, our entire family would be lost without her and it means the world to us that Bobby is slowing becoming more comfortable with his grooms. Thank you as always Kerry, best groomer ever who I would recommend in a heartbeat.”

“This is the 2nd time my Cat has stayed here and he seemed to have enjoyed it that much that he refused to get into his carrier! Ha! The staff here are lovely and take care of your kitty as if it was their own. The areas that your cat stays in are always spotless and clean and spacious. We highly recommend this cattery to our friends and family.”

“I have used other kennels in the past but Leconfield are by far the best. My dogs have been coming here for many years now and the care they receive is outstanding. I can tell that everyone who is a part of Leconfield Kennels. are all genuine animal lovers. I have no worries when I leave my little elderly dog, as she trots off with no hesitation. “Friendly independent vet surgery. Have used them for years for all of our pets from exotic animals to small pets and dogs, and they treat every one with care and compassion. I've always got an appointment when I've needed one, they're very accommodating. Always helpful, knowledgeable, with great aftercare and ongoing treatment, plus they get to know your pet, remember their names, and treat them as individuals. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Have been taking our Springer Spaniel to Muttlins for over 6 years now, for short stays and long stays up to 1 month. You know your do loves going when he gets excited going, he just loves going and is always happy. Highly recommend these kennels, the dogs get out on the pasture for plays 2-3 times every day.”

“Took our cockapoo Kara for her first time in kennels for a week. She absolutely loved it which was very evident in the daily photos that the staff uploaded to their website. Would definitely recommend booking early.”

“A real gem of a campsite situated 40 minute bus ride from Hull city Centre and 30 minutes into Beverly Centre. Beautifully kept site with a lovely wild foul pond in the centre pizzas and pies served weekends during peak time but was closed while we were there. Very secure in and out of the site. The owners were really friendly and accommodating helping us with Taxi information and bus services. The toilets were quite dated and although the water was nice and warm when you turned it off, it was freezing cold standing in the shower units as they were not heated however they are just in the process of building a new shower block which will definitely add Great facilities to the site which is already exceptional. Five minute walk to great garden centre with lovely café for breakfast and a 15 minute walk to the local ship Inn pub we didn’t use those facilities but easy to get there.”

“If you’ve never shopped here for your pet food/accessories, then you’re missing a treat. I buy my cat biscuits here in bulk. Only save a few pence but my cats love them. I get large bags of Guinea pig nuggets at a good price and the range of dog biscuits is immense. It’s not always easy to find what you’re looking for but that’s because they have so much in quite a small area. The ladies who work here are very helpful though and make you feel welcome.”

“I have been a customer at Norwood Beverley for several years now - never had any complaints. My cat became suddenly very poorly in the last week and sadly for us it wasn’t a good outcome but the care and compassion we had throughout from everyone at the vets was amazing. At your most distressed you just want people to be caring and we certainly felt cared for. Thank you for helping us through one of the worst weeks.”

“A truly beautiful afternoon tea. Upgraded to champagne and so glad we did ~ it’s delicious. Seated in the Bloomsbury Room with gorgeous views, we were made welcome and were very well looked after by the lovely staff. The food was served on exquisite hand painted china with a matching tea set for the choice of tea. Everything was delicious and we had several fresh pots of tea offered to us ~ we did not feel rushed at any point. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you all for making it so special.”
