   I haven’t taken a dog here but I was close to the building today and the windows were open. There was a dog being washed and it was so lovely to hear one of the groomers talking to one of the dogs, giving him lots of praise, telling him he was a good boy, even kissing him on the head. You don’t usually get to see what goes on behind the doors once you drop your dog off so I wanted to write this to give people the assurance that they really do care for your doggos!

   I just wanted to say how disappointed I was with my visit on Friday. When booking I stressed that I had an uncooperative and difficult to groom dog. You agreed to do him and suggested a 9am appt when it was quieter. I arrived about 9.05 as I couldn't find you initially. There was only one young lady there who was working in the back. So he was placed into a pen to wait. I don't know how long he was in there obviously but it wouldn't have helped him stay calm. I came back about 2 hours later as requested to find him still on the table and being shouted at. I had to let her finish, but it certainly wasn't the calm, caring environment stated on your website. For a difficult dog the cut was a good job, but spoilt by the attitude.

   Just taken our boy Ronnie again and they’ve smashed it, he went in looking like he smoked 70 a day and had a drinking problem and left looking like he’d steal your girl! He smells incredible and looks so good! Definitely both of our favourite cuts he’s had done.

   These guys are brilliant!! More than patient with my fussy GSD who doesn’t like his paws touched… would highly recommend!! Also did a wonderful job with our Pom, I’d go as far to say as it’s the best trim she has ever had!! To top it all off also they are very reasonably priced, thankyou so much guys we will be back again!

   First time at this groomers & what a fab experience. Hannah was lovely & gave HAL a super groom, he looked & smelled fabulous afterwards & especially was pleased how his beard was styled to maintain the length but get rid of the matts. No being made to feel bad for allowing a few matts to build, as I've experienced elsewhere. Loved this place, only difficulty was parking. I'd definitely be back but have noticed there's one of their parlours just round the corner from home, saving travel & time off work. This was well worth the money, very pleased with service & result. Thankyou ladies & apologies for his woofing when he was having to wait in the pen for the bath!

   When old poochy needs a spruce up, we bring him here. When he comes out he looks amazing, washed, blow dried, smelling nice, claws clipped. The girls in there are super friendly and professional.

   Little Alfie has a lovely spa day at the Dog House. Alfie is greeted with love. He's washed and groomed. He's kept safe. And he looks SO handsome when he's collected by Matthew.
