I have been a customer at Norwood Beverley for several years now - never had any complaints. My cat became suddenly very poorly in the last week and sadly for us it wasn’t a good outcome but the care and compassion we had throughout from everyone at the vets was amazing. At your most distressed you just want people to be caring and we certainly felt cared for. Thank you for helping us through one of the worst weeks.
Had my dog spayed today, the vet nurses were absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, they kept in contact with me through to her going under, rang me to say they needed to do something else during her op (wanted to make sure it was ok first) to her coming round and giving me a time to pick her up, thank you all so much :)
Our French bulldog became unexpectedly poorly which resulted in emergency major surgery. All the vets and vet nurses we dealt with and reception staff were absolutely fantastic and dealt with the issue so efficiently. They still found the time to keep us up to date with progress throughout. We would like to give a special shout out to Jill Walker who did Mylo’s surgery and who we have seen for checkups a couple of times after. We are forever indebted to your care and we will be eternally grateful. Mr & Mrs Perry x
My 6 year old Westipoo called Benji has recently undergone surgery for a Cruciate Ligament tear. From the first x ray and diagnosis, The staff at Norwood Vets have been brilliant. They have been so supportive and explained every part of the journey from surgery to recovery, physio, massage etc. They sorted out the insurance claim for me and whilst we are still at the recovery stage, are there at the end of the phone. We are so grateful, Benji and I .

We now have 3 pets under the care of Norwood vet group (dog, puppy and cat). We have used them for routine services and a couple of emergencies. They have been wonderfully prompt, attentive and very caring. They are also helpful in cases that are not their charge: when we found a victim of a hit and run, they directed us to lost and found animals who scanned the cat and contacted the owner. Would highly recommend their care.
Absolutely fantastic. I rang this vets as my little jack Russell was poorly through the night and all morning. I had come to my caravan for the new year. So I didn't have a registered vets as I'm from wakefield. However they got her in straight away and they were excellent. She is doing fine now. Thank you
We've been bringing our dog Tess here for twelve years, she has just had her annual vaccination and health check and loves visiting. We have always received 1st class service and care for Tess from all the team at Norwood and would definitely recommend them. 3 years on and Tess is now 15yrs old, she has slowed down a lot and has arthritis but is still reasonably mobile and still enjoys going for walks thanks to the care and support from Norwood Veterinary Group
