   Not good . I'm going on holiday and I can't get a kennal cough injection for my dog as they say there is a shortage but there keeping them for new puppies. I pay for my dogs treatment on a monthly basis and expect to get what they promise and what I have paid for.

   I'd called up at the beginning of covid to cancel my appointment and I could hear the receptionist complaining about us. Another time we visited with my cat I'd forgotten my mask and was told I couldn't come in, but when another woman turned up and did the same as me, the receptionist gave her a mask and said come in. The place needs cleaning up, looks scruffy. Unfortunately adding to my original review. It’s a one star. They had given my cat an injection and had a very bad reaction. She said she’d given him a injection that had less of the ingredients in that usually give cats allergies. Anyway he had a very bad reaction. Ended up staying over night, then made him really poorly. Created his gums to swell up. Anyway he stopped eating and we ended up taking him elsewhere.

   Over the years my experience has been a bit variable but the last couple of times the service has been exceptionally thorough. On the last two occasions we were attended by two very competent Chinese vets. Some years ago one of the partners who is quite an eye specialist saved the eye of the family's llabrador after she'd been clawed by a cat. I seriously believe if he hadnt been on hand that day it would have been a very different story. Thank you everybody and Happy New Year.

   The ladies at this branch are so friendly and helpful! Will be taking my pet to the Cott branch every single time now providing I can get an appointment. Parking is a bit difficult, there is a small street to thr left which I parked down.
