All the staff at medivet on Chanterlands Avenue are extremely friendly and caring towards both me and my pup Winston. Wouldn’t want anyone else to care for Winston.

Staff here helped us track down the owners of a cat who had been staying at my house over serval months. This lead to said cats owners asking if we wanted to adopt her, which we did. Registered her here after experiencing friendly customer service from the team. Had her first check up appointment last week and couldn't be happier with the warm welcome and quality of care and advice we've been given. Top team!
The practice was amazing at getting us in for our emergency with Teddy (even though it was home time). The team were very welcoming and made us feel at ease very quickly. They made Teddy feel better in no time. Thank you so much for all your help.
Great practice been with them many years from puppyhood to old age RIP with several dogs. Super, friendly, helpful professional staff. Hope the loss of the joke board is just a temporary mistake by the corporate owners. Bring back the joke board.
Sarah fab vet but was way over charged 90£ for the exact same product on Amazon 18£ appreciate the check up same day appointment but prices are extortionate hoping to get a prescription letter as if ther is not enought cream to clear infection will be another 90£ being 150£ over priced even with a 50 £ quid fair profit 100£ is alot to most people tis a greedy profit for the love of our friends.

Pleasant establishment. The parking is really helpful our old dog gets scared on the busy Avenue so the carparking makes his visits much less stressful. Reception could be a little more interactive and helpful. Appointment texts could be sent when an appointment is made as well as day before attendance. Overall examination and health check very good.
Able to get an appointment the same day and we were seen promptly. Good care, genuine vet no hard sell.
We have used Chants Vets since they first opened their practice, for our current dog Boris, all his foster cats and kittens, and my previous pet dogs and cats who lived long lives. We love the service here, Sarah is very professional, she listens, and explains everything in such a calm, caring manner that instantly puts you at ease, her knowledge is amazing and always up to date with the latest research and treatments, her surgery skills are the neatest ive seen, you can see her passion for animals in the way she handles your precious pets, she tries her very best to give you options within your budget where possible, and she is backed up by a fabulous team. The nurses are so caring with the animals they are treating, and also show such kindness and compassion to worried owners too, I have absolute trust in them everytime I visit, even more so during the pandemic, my Boris recently need an operation and knowing those lovely nurses would be with him while I couldn't be due to Covid-19 made a difficult situation much less stressful. The reception staff are so welcoming, you are always greeted with a happy face, nothing is too much trouble. I have never had any difficulties getting an appointment, many of which have been the same day, phone calls are answered with the same friendly, helpful manner. 5 star service in every respect!
