We purchased the stormy dog coat but unfortunately after 3 months the buckle broke. The girls were fabulous in replacing the coat (under the warranty) and posting it out in an amazing time frame. We'll definitely be shopping here again. It is a fantastic shop with everything anyone could ask for including the amazing service.
Very disappointed with the attitude of the lady that was in today. I went in to talk about calming options as one of my dogs has not coped with the fireworks despite us using calming medicines and a thundershirt and the attitude of the staff member was disgusting. She said I should have desensitised since my dog was a pup which is impossible as she is a rescue and said I didn't do enough to help my dog during the fireworks. Not everyone has the opportunity to train from 12 weeks and the dismissive attitude was totally unnecessary and I won't be recommending the shop to anyone.
The lady behind the counter noticed my dog was wearing a Perfect Fit harness. I explained that one section of it was too small/tight due to my dog putting on weight over the years and I thought I would need to buy another harness. She was very helpful and clearly very knowledgeable and I was able to purchase a replacement section rather than a whole new harness. Definitely recommend this shop.
Took my six month old English springer spaniel puppy for her first trim today, what a lovely job the grooming team did, she looked stunning when I came to collect her. I was impressed with the professionalism of all who work there and I had no qualms about leaving my dog in their capable hands. I will be using their services again.
Brought my 6 month old pup in for his first session of the 'puppy package' the staff were very friendly and I was amazed how calm he looked stood proudly on the table when collecting him I am sure he's looking forward to his second trip :)
My dog visited everything but the dog for a full groom. I have to say it was probably one of the best grooms she has ever had. They were fantastic with her. Patient and caring Would recommend to anyone
Lola was groomed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. She's always happy to go to the groomers now which she never has been before & the girls are always very kind and do exactly what I ask for. Thanks again Love Meryl & Lola
My mum and dad had their beloved dog Dexter photographed in the town centre by ‘Everything but the dog’ for their competition that they were running. Unfortunately the following week Dexter passed away due to old age, and this was the last photo of him looking well. I contacted the page to ask if I could get a copy for my parents. The staff went above and beyond, and displayed outstanding kindness and sensitively in the matter. The team had a large picture edited, printed and framed which they gifted to me for my parents. Unbelievable kindness for someone they briefly met when taking a picture. My parents will forever be grateful for your generosity, as am I.
We took Wilma to everything but the dog for the first time as her usual groomer has left where we used to take her. We are over the moon with the care and groom they did, as Bedlington Terriers have a very specific cut style and they got her cut spot on. Highly recommend
