   my daughter went in looking to get the Ella one pill and was belittled and felt very vulnerable in the situation she was put in. young girls shouldn’t be made to feel like this for making good choices and being safe. firstly, she had to pay £30 for it when through the nhs scheme it’s supposed to be free? secondly what looked like the pharmacist insisted and argued that she had been in a couple months ago for the pill in front of EVERYONE when she hadn’t been in for at least a year but kept insisting. this was humiliating and made her never want to get this pill herself again. Don’t come in here unless you want to be belittled and feel even more vulnerable. Lastly, I just want to add how unprofessional the system is asking very private and yet again vulnerable questions at the checkout desk in front of everyone and not going someone privately.

   If this pharmacy staff could be any slower or more incompetent when handling basic prescription drop-offs & pick-ups, it would be hard to do. Never again....I'd sooner compumd the ingredients myself and risk overdose, it'd be less painful.

   Wouldn't normally leave a review for Boots, but I went here to use the pharmacy and everyone was so nice. The customer advisor and the pharmacist were lovely and did not make me feel embarrassed at all. Great customer service!

   Massive queues. Not covid safe. Manager fairly rude.god I HATE this shop. The young pharmacist saying 'lovely' when she'd finished dealing with me and hadn't helped at all. Well good luck to her when she has to deal with menopause without hrt.

   I was not impressed with the service at the pharmacy. The man who served me clearly does not take kindly to tourists. If you don't like working with people, it's better to change your job. But keep the rudeness to yourself. I will not recommend anyone to buy from you.

   I watched on while Becs served an elderly lady with getting some photos printed. Absolutely brilliant customer service and such a lovely person to have on your staff. Becs also helped my friend out when the sticker printer broke. The problem couldn't be resolved but a pleasant customer experience nonetheless.

   Dreadful pharmacy, no queue system. You will wait 45 mins to 1 hour routinely. They need a fast queue to submit the prescriptions so you can go off for 40mins.

   Amazing customer service from May at the Lancôme counter. Can’t imagine going anywhere else for any make up / skin care needs! She’s always so friendly and super helpful with any beauty questions. Makes for a really delightful shopping experience
