   Very long queue of customers today and rather than open a till at the front of the queue, the manager, Charley, opened a till at the end of the queue and serve the customers that are queued the least first, the rest of the customers were very cross. A till point was left open at the front of the shop where there are other till points not being used. No apologies for waiting and the manager, Charley, was very rude to me.

   My partner and I went to your store on Wednesday 25th of June and we were served by Juilee. She helped my partner find a perfume and found a perfect match immediately! Amazing product knowledge and great customer service!

   I would shop here a lot more often if it weren't for the way staff treat customers. I love superdrug products but only come to this branch when I'm absolutely desperate as it is such an annoying experience. First of all being followed around if you dare spend more than 2 seconds choosing something in the makeup aisle. Then having to listen to staff members having unprofessional conversations with each other into their radios. Then the worst bit is when you go to pay the cashiers not accepting no for an answer if you decline to buy the special offer on the counter or decline to sign up to a superdrug card. I understand they have to ask the question but to argue back when you tell them no is not enjoyable for the customer or the staff. Also giving a bad attitude when the customer gives a final no is not necessary or acceptable. They don't like it when you ask for a paper receipt as well and try to refuse. I can only imagine staff here are under a lot of pressure from the store manager to upsell and that this creates a lot of stress for them, which they then transfer to the customer. I also once listened to a lady on the till loudly describing what I looked like and what I was wearing into her radio as she started at me, whilst I was in the queue!! I'm not sure how I had been identified as a security concern whilst queueing up to pay. I'm not an adolescent either and I was by myself. I really hate coming to this shop and it's such a shame. I've been to other local Superdrugs in Southampton, Eastleigh and Basingstoke and never had this nonsense there so it must be an issue with this particular store rather than the whole company. I usually just go to Boots even though they have way less choice and it's more expensive, just because the staff are way less annoying to deal with.

   Felt so awkward as I was followed around the store today. It started when one worker turned , looked at me and spoke into a head set? describing the bag I was carrying . Then the rest of the time in the store I had different staff appear in the aisles I was in and hover around until I left.

   Literally just came out of this store. The cashier “Max” (big round glasses) was incredibly rude and obviously couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. Politely asked for a gift voucher intended as a Christmas present, without checking, rather rudely said “we don’t have any” when I asked if he could please use his headset to ask a supervisor I got a “, there’s a long line, stop wasting time, go away.” Charming service. Admittedly, I don’t like complaining publicly, but to management; please have a word with your staff on proper customer service etiquette.

   Beware! Young people are targeted in this shop as shop-lifters! Followed, intimidated and spoken to in a highly unprofessional and inappropriate manner! Most young people are good and yet older staff members judge them to be doing wrong, even with proof of a receipt. My daugher witnessed another young person being publicly humiliated, in a distressed state by a member of staff. They've lost us as customers. Formal complaint to follow.

   Worst customer service, was struggling to find an item so I approached a member of staff, who shrugged and turned away from me. Only to ask another member of staff to find out she was the manager. Disgusting behaviour from the blonde manager. The other staff members were lovely and helpful.

   Very busy. Only 1 person serving. Long queue. Person on till doing her best but still trying to hard sell other items at till. I dislike being asked to purchase more items when I just want to pay !
