Ordered a halloumi wrap which they assured me they offered and was delivered a falafel wrap instead, even worse the falafel (that I did not order) was ridiculously dry. I attempted to call them to explain and give them a chance to rectify the situation and they have since been permanently engaged.
The grumpy server, served up what seemed like meat that had been sitting there for ages. Absolutely vile. I also had bad guts for most of the next day. Not happy. Never again. Order taken by someone obviously new so repeated back. One large chicken doner one small cubed chicken kebab both with Chili sauce and salad separate with a large portion of chips please. Was advised it was £11.30. 15 minutes later the lady called back said the price would be £14.30 an went through the order again. I repeated the chilli sauce separated please an without hanging up said she never said that before. Again I repeated the large chicken doner an small cubed chicken kebab. The food turned up an we were charged £11.30. I questioned this after the previous phone call but was assured this was correct. I gave the driver £13. The food when opened was awful. We had 2 chicken doner kebabs which looked disgusting an were inedible. I called them again an said the food delivered was wrong and disgusting an she said what do u want. She read back to me what she had written an again I pointed out she hadn't listened to what I said. I told her I wasn't prepared to wait another hour for the right food to arrive but for it to be noted the food she sent wasn't all correct and was awful. Have used for over 20 years an never had a problem with food from here. Maybe time to employ someone who listens and doesn't have attitude towards customer. Delivery drivers always polite an courteous without exception.
Best takeaway in cosham by a mile, can't beat the chicken burgers and portion sizes are excellent value for money. Fast delivery and any problems with your order they sort it out straight away and believe the customers always right.. good on you matter of taste your fab !!!
