The spa in the hotel was incredible and was great for a reset. The hotel staff were lovely and the food was amazing. 10/10 would go back again. Just wish there was more to do in the area but the hotel cant help that...

Our stay was made so much more by the service by ElleJai on reception. Amazingly she remembered us from October 2024! Instantly she made our stay by upgrading us to a superior room, which she had no need to do. We were made so so welcome. Our 4th stay at a fantastic hotel with excellent staff and excellent food and views!

We have recently stayed at the Langstone Quays Resort for a weekend away. We have had a very attentive receptionist and the check-in went very quickly and smoothly. However, when we arrived at our room, we were very disappointed. The room smelled damp, everything was outdated, and the carpet was old and dirty. The portable heater was not working. Lastly, we found our cups and teaspoons were completely dirty. We contacted the receptionist and shared our unpleasant experience with the room, and query if our room could be changed to another available room. We have to give the lady a 5* service, she came up to our room and tried to help us with everything she could, including offering us another available room. We were relocated to a new room and it was much nicer. The bed was comfortable. We went to the bar for a refreshment and decided to sit in the conservatory area. There was only one available table in the entire area. The tables were dirty and empty bottles and glasses were left there for a long period of time. We noted that many guests came into the area but were unable to sit in there due to dirty tables. We have stayed in this hotel before but we feel it has not changed much, apart from some new renovations in the vicinity. Personal opinion, for the price being charged, the Hotel should have offered better experience.

Lovely location and loads of parking. There are no lifts in the hotel and when I asked for help to carry my case up to the furthest away room in the hotel I was told no we don't have a porter! The whole hotel needs freshening up. The carpets are old and worn. The ironing board in the room was lethal as I was ironing it completely collapsed to the floor. The bed was very comfy and we had a nice dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was good too but don't think I'll be returning.

Have stayed a few times now - staff make places and we have never been disappointed. Always happy to help and go out of their way. Rooms are clean and well set up. Pool is lovely and warm. Great buffet breakfast. Have to book for dinner as it is very popular but there are other good places nearby.

Lovely Christmas break with my husband. I can't fault the hotel, spa, food or staff, they were super helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the shower was great. Perfect location for walking. 100% recommended.

A little more attention to detail required, quality of food and the way it's cooked not comparable with the price. Also, an unusual choice to serve a pie with gravy and other dishes on a slate/board. Young waitress was very attentive however, and really did everything she could to make our visit pleasant.

Good food, although most vegetables were inedible. Desserts were fabulous. Breakfast standard hotel buffet, not much choice for vegetarians. Rooms comfortable and clean, bathroom particularly dated. Swimming pool and spa areas very good. Most staff quite friendly but seemed to choose who to chat to, and it wasn't us!

Nice hotel small amounts of t.l.c. needed. Decoration to columns in dining room and the smell of musty carpet in the bar which seems to come from the adjoining corridor. Rooms were very good except for the wardrobe doors and cupboard drawers not sliding smoothly and the wall safe in our room was not secured properly. We found the staff helpful and attentive with the odd exception their attention to detail was sometimes lacking. Bar cover attendance was lacking sometimes together with clearing and cleaning of tables. Meet and greet in the dining room was a bit hit and miss, breakfast staff did not monitor food levels, spillages and temperature control which was a pity as the quality of the food was very good and when it was warm it was very nice. Evening meals were very good quality however some attention to detail was lacking again with the odd accompaniment missing or where warmed bakewell tart came cold. The placing of cutlery on tables by some staff holding spoon face fork prongs and knife blade was off putting. This could be a very nice hotel but does need someone to look at the details and rectify these errors before they become worse.
