Walked in and the dining area was so clean and filled with happy customers. Was served by Callum and he was so polite and helpful also patient with how long it took for me to choose what I wanted. 100% returning back and fully recommend
The drive through service is the slowest from any burger king we have used. I waited to write this review as I went there multiple times and the waiting time is just appalingly slow.
Atmosphere was terrible last night when I was served a meal for me and my kids. Big large man with girly voice treating staff like dogs and huffing away, looked quite sweaty. Scruffy place, food was meh and service took ages. Wouldn’t eat here again.
The store was excellent from the moment of entry. The place was very clean and organised. All the staff were so attentive and generous and will definitely be returning for the quality food provided from their kitchen.
The food is lovely and fresh. It is so nice to eat a burger and be able to taste all the flavours including the beef, bacon, cheese and salad. The burgers are 1000% nicer than other retails I can mention, it makes me wonder how M is so popular. The loaded cheese and bacon fries are absolutely delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal here today, and will definitely be back.
Kiosk not working...when i asked about it the staff member behind counter just shrugged her shoulders!! I then requested to order at counter which after another shrug of shoulders served us quickly...burgers and fries however COLD??? As cold as the staff that served us i guess!! Wont go back to the Havant one hey even if starving.
I don’t often go to Burger King but my brother sister and sister in law wanted to go so we come in. The place was very clean, good service,friendly staff members all very polite and friendly. The food was very good and hot, we had to change the bun’s as sister is allergic to sesame seeds they said it wasn’t an issue and changed it for us. Thank you to the staff there that day Freddie, Maddie, Sammie and Phil
Just a little disappointed. Its a busy location for food delivery, so the seating area is just cold, and dirty. The front doors are always wide open. Food was a little poor. 10 fries for a medium portion? Shame as I love a whooper, but the rest.of to food was.not as I'd hoped.
Havant branch was very cold, dirty and unwelcoming, the burgers and fries were cold and the staff never cleaned front of house once whilst my family were there despite me telling a member of staff how dirty the tables were. The only redeeming thing about this restaraunt was the milkshake. I will never visit this store again and suggest you do not either. The manager is clearly not up to the job.
