   Pre-ordered an hour ahead for delivery via foodhub. 70 minutes later, 10 minutes after delivery was due, I get a notification, text and email stating they had too many orders and had to cancel mine. I can understand this maybe 10 or 15 minutes after order, especially through a 3rd party app, but 70 minutes after ordering?! And 10 minutes after the delivery was actually due?! I Completely unacceptable. Now we have to wait yet another hour for a reputable restaurant to actually do their job.

   Food was OK, but for the second time in a row the food took nearly two hours to arrive. Phoned twice and each time was told that it was on its way. If you are even remotely hungry, don't bother ordering from here. I know I won't bother again!

   Terrible experience, terrible service, very plain and average food. They advertise student discounts on the restaurant window then outright refuse to redeem this offer when you ask for it. Fine- we appreciated it was a quiet night for them, but then they have the audacity to ask you to bring your friends and “spread the word”.... Card machine did not work- happy to pay cash of course but there was NO care for customers who didn’t have cash - in fact they were quite rude about us leaving to get cash - shouldn’t they make the payment experience as easy as possible for the customer??? Food tastes virtually the same plate by plate, no spice, no flavour with no customer service or care. Despite intimating we were not happy, the owner decided to disparage other curry houses in the street - a little deluded IMO, I will not be returning nor recommending.

   I placed an order at 8:20 this evening through Just Eat, the website told me it would arrive at 9:25. 30 minutes was then added to the time showing online, stating it would be delivered at 10pm. I then called the restaurant at 10:20 as it still hadn't arrived, to be told it is packaged up and waiting for a taxi to deliver it, I called again at 10:40 to find out whether my food had left the restaurant to be told it had just left. I asked why there was such a bad delay and they blamed a group of 13 people who walked into the restaurant. So you're basically saying this make my order less important? Oh, of course it is, you already had my money as I paid by card before the food was delivered, I can't imagine you'd be late if I had put pay by cash upon delivery. Your staff need a lesson in customer service, Terrible! It finally arrived at 10:55pm, the chicken was dry, the food was cold. Will not be wasting my money, or time here again
