I have eaten here before and I have to give them their dues from last night.... The food was excellent, we'd booked and went straight to our table, service was good and the the whole evening was really nice. Friendly and attentive staff. Great job!

We were recommended this restaurant in Drayton and decided to finally try it. They were busy even on a weekday evening but service was brisk and polite. We even had a lovely conversation with the owner who obviously knows his regulars. The Indian food is superior to most of the restaurants in Portsmouth we have tried and can highly recommend their curries and naan bread - delicious, properly cooked to order and the lamb was tender and succulent.

It was quite a wait between courses as they seemed really busy. They accommodated us with a different table as the one they gave us was right next to a very loud crowd. The food was really good but each of our dishes were much hotter than we were expecting.

After reading some reviews we were dubious about going here... We decided to give it a try and glad we did.. All food was delicious and onion bahjis were huge.... Staff were very friendly and service was quick will definitely be back

Food is amazing but the service is shocking. Our food took over an hour and a half to come, the waiters were wiping their sweaty heads and then touching all the naan breads, drinks were extremely slow, the staff were abrupt and ignored us most of the time we were there, plates weren’t cleared, our food didn’t come out together, ran out of the beer everyone wanted, orders were wrong and the bill was a nightmare at the end. Won’t be returning, this is a good example of being greedy, taking on takeaway orders and booking out a full restaurant and not looking after your customers. Not happy

Appalling service. We were a group of about 20 people so we were spending good money. We found the staff rude and at no point did they try accommodate us or please us after waiting 2 hours for a main. We were discussing the bill and found a big Iver charge and the staff were argumentative and rude. The food was nice once it arrived but I will not return purely on there level of service. Having now read alot of other reviews it is clear alot of others of had the same experience.

Placed an order at 5pm for a 7:15pm pick up. On arrival was asked to be seated. Waited 30 MINUTES. Within this time, I asked 3 times what is taking so long. Every response I got was, 'its coming'. No elaboration. Nothing. Once the food arrived, the owner walked us to the door and asked 'have you paid?' Waste of time. Poor communication. Better customer service required.

Service was slow and communication could have been better. Food was a little hotter than normal so wasn't able to finish it, unfortunately, but was good quality and cooked well. Felt sorry for staff who had to put up with abusive table of five who clearly just didnt want to pay for their meal!
