Well, what can I say, I love a 5 guys burger, the freshness and taste of something that's not frozen then cooked, yeah it is pricey for a burger but it really is that good, love the chips too, rustic chips, yeahhhh, Milkshakes are very good too, all in all, pricey but worth it, Mcds you don't have a look in with these except on price

I had a very disappointing experience at the Five Guys in Whiteley, UK. I ordered a double cheeseburger without bacon (as donβt eat pork ever), but when I opened the bag, it had bacon in it. Mistakes happen β I stayed calm and politely asked for it to be corrected. They made a fresh one, which I appreciated. However, when I checked that second burger (as my friend suggested), it now had fresh tomato, which I didnβt ask for either. I took it back again, and this time the staff member at the counter gave me a sarcastic and passive-aggressive response β something along the lines of βWell, if you wonβt just eat the tomatoβ¦β before reluctantly agreeing to make another one. His tone was rude and dismissive, which felt really disrespectful given the situation. The third burger had no seasoning at all, which felt intentional. It came off as petty, especially after Iβd stayed polite throughout the experience. I understand mistakes happen, but this felt like a lack of care and basic respect β both in terms of my dietary restrictions and customer service. I hope the management addresses this, because this isnβt what I expect from Five Guys Especially when a burger is like Β£15

Popped in half an hour before closing (feeling a little guilty as they'd begun cleaning up). Staff were friendly, smiling and just as enthusiastic as they are at the start of the day. As mentioned, the restaurant was spotless, tables were clear and bins had been emptied. The food was it's usual excellent standard, I'd go as far as saying it was better than other five guys I've been to as my burger didn't fall apart as I tried to eat it. Price wise, you get what you pay for and you're paying for fresh ingredients... The peanuts are always free.

Expensive but worth every penny. I don't eat burgers regularly, particularly from the big fast-food restaurants. Five Guys hits differently. The Whitely restaurant has loads of parking around this massive shopping centre; conveniently, there is disabled parking right outside Five Guys. Once in a blue moon, we will treat ourselves to a Five Guys family meal. My kids love eating there. Five Guys have a few things on the menu, with burgers central to what they do; my daughter sometimes has one of their hot dogs. You can't beat the chips; they are to die for - you get loads too. When you order, you get to build the burger you want - you can choose to have one or two burgers in your bun. There is little more to say about Five Guys - if you love a burger, get your-self to one of their restaurants.

Just popped into five guys in whiteley for a quick lunch. Food is made fresh to order so takes a little time vs the normal fast food outlets. Ordered a little cheese burger 'all the way' along with little fries. Food is well presented and as the options for customisation is vast I went with the easy option of 'all the way'. The amount given is very generous. Although all in all I'm a little underwhelmed with the burger, I'm not the biggest fan of a soft to soggy burger bun, it is was quite luke warm considering how fresh it was. But I do love the fries and I couldn't manage more than a small portion as its very generous, the fries itself has a wonderful flavour and crunch is excellent, definitely the best fries around, shame about the burger.

Fast, efficient, great burgers, awesome shakes, a little pricey but it's worth it! Its all made to order which really makes the difference! Don't be put off by a big queue as people get served pretty quickly and the queue goes in no time. Peanut butter in shakes....awesome!

The only boring thing about this store, is the consistancy of its, staff to be, warm, friendly, welcoming, and actually like to serve you exactly what you want. Instead of just taking an order, you're made to feel like they enjoy the process as much as you and are happy to see you. Oh yeah and the food is incredible, fries always overflowing and best Milk shakes you'll get from any fast good retailer. Ben and team thanks for keeping up the standards.

Where to start, The food quality is amazing. The staff are top tier Amenities are super clean Everything's made fresh to order. If you're going to have a burger or hotdog this IS the place to go, if I could give 6 stars i would. The burger I had was amazing and juicy, made right in front of you by friendly approachable staff. Managers here are easy to talk to and really take into consideration of what you have to say. Tables are always clean and service is fast. An absolutely outstanding shop floor with brilliant vibes throughout. Highly recommended to all food lovers.
