   As a South African, and Nandos having originated in South Africa, I expected this to be the good quality I would get in South Africa. But how disappointing. I ordered from here in 2022 and was so disappointed that I decided I wouldn't order from here again. But yesterday, after seeing the good reviews and wanting certain items, I ordered. Alas, still disappointed. The quality is atrocious, especially for the price you pay. I don't even know why they offer a selection of sauces for chicken to be cooked in when they don't flavor it anyway. I chose medium sauce, and nowhere was there medium sauce. Chicken breast was hard, dry and zero flavor, not even salt. Chicken livers were rubbery, oily, and extremely salty - again no medium sauce. Rice was hard and dry. Mash was OK. The first time I ordered the livers in 2022, they didn't even remember to pack the roll. Portion sizes are small. I know when I order from some other branded restaurants, I pay for a single portion, and it makes 2 meals. I definitely will not be taking any chances on Nandos in the UK again, no matter how good the reviews are. PS: I tried other Nandos in UK, was slightly better but still not equivalent to the price you pay. Seems the disappointment is UK wide.

   Can always rely on Nandos being consistently decent and yummy. Tried their Mediterranean salad and it was so good! They updated their sandwich offerings and I definitely recommend the one with garlic bread

   Lovely Nandos! Beautifully decorated and lit all over, nice atmosphere. Great choice of food and drinks, served quickly, even though place was packed. Perfectly cooked food, well presented. Staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Toilets upstairs.

   My chips was luke warm and the corn on the cob had seen better days, not fresh at all! The lemon n herb chicken burger was very nice. Dont sit in the window seats as its freezing this time of year (March)

   You cannot book a Nandos so they have a waiting system. Our name was taken to reserve a place once there and asked to come back in 10-15 minutes. Upon returning we sat on the waiting bench for a couple of minutes and then shown to our table. The table was larger then the semi cirlce bench seat so it was slightly difficult for the 4 of us to squeeze round but we done it. The chicken was cooked to perfection and we did not have to far to go to refill our bottomless soda drinks as they have 2 drinks stations.

   We has to wait for around 25 minutes, then we were shown to our seats. We ordered or food on our phones as we were not allowed to move about. Unfortunately the chicken portion I was given was the wrong one as the app doesn't give you the option. They were very obliging and ordered the chicken part of my choice. There were 4 of us and the atmosphere all around was lovely. The central staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend going to this Nandos which is suitated in a lovely place. Simply beautiful!
