Terrible, my husband ordered a jacket potato, and was sent GREEN potatoes. When the takeaway was called, was told they are fresh, nothing wrong with them. Now green potatoes should not be consumed. It signals the presence of solanine and chlorophyll.
Overall good service got told 50 minutes turned out to be an hour. However, the only downside would be that the chicken and chips sweated in the bag the Donna meat and chips was very nice and I even got an extra quid! I would recommend this place.
Took 2 hours to arrive - after 1 hour, I rang and they said it’s ready and being sent out… food arrived hot and fresh an hour later so this was obviously not true. Would never order from here again.
Was passing through & bought a large mix donner with chips. It was handsdown the best mix donner I have had in a long time!! The chips were cooked on order & the salad & sauces really complemented the combination & it was reasonably priced at £8.50 which was the large portion. Will definitely come here again when im next in Hull.
Awful experience. I ordered 1/2 roasted chicken and chips. Got a fried chicken instead. I returned to complain and they gaslit me, saying m that the chicken was roasted before it got fried. Already upset, I returned to eat it, only to find out that the chicken was unseasoned. Hands down my worst food experience in years.

Worst takeaway I’ve ordered. Takeaway driver left our food out side the wrong house down the bottom of my street. Driver only called us once but then didn’t answer when we tried to call. Called takeaway shop, they was very unhelpful and just kept on saying they don’t know. Would not recommend
I thought I would give Peppino's a try this evening as I heard it is under new management, I was very impressed with the food & service received, when ordering I noticed feta cheese on the menu & was tempted to add it as an extra topping, I was advised not to as it would over power the type of pizza I was ordering, I thought it was more caring & professional for them to state this, the pricing of the food was very sensible not inexpensive or expensive but still yet receiving a very good quality pizza, I will return for more food, thank you
