I use to be their regular customer. Moved away. Recently i ve moved back 40 miles away. 20 years later today i ve visited them. And bingo. The" baba " (father) remembered me. They served ordinary food. But i ve found same taste years after. I will visit them again more often. All the best indus.
Really showed me they understand the value of customer service. One lad messed up. Manager came to clean his mess up. Spot on.
Asked for large kebab the menu board says £6.90 the guy behind the counter asked for £7.40 when questioned about the price he barked back it's gone up rude and arrogant will not be going in there again. PS the large is only the size of a medium if that.
I've always highly rated Indus and used them for many years but last night's takeaway was awful. I ordered keema korma, rice, chips and a garlic nan. What I received was a chicken korma, keema rice and a slab of uncooked dough that I presume was the garlic nan. The chips were OK tho hence why I didn't rate it lower. Such a shame but won't use again.
Tasteless shocking smells sour never will I order again it’s all in the bin even the rats will turn there nose up
Don't know what's going on there now, order wrong and cold when it was delivered. Being using them for a few years now This is the second time in succession order was cold , gave them the benefit of doubt after the first time, but sorry guys you need to get back to how you were. But at this time we will not be using again till things change.

The food here is awful, don’t waste your money. We ordered £40+ worth of food when it eventually got here after waiting for 2 hours the food was cold and I mean cold we rang up and complained to have the phone put down on me telling me it had just been cooked so now way it was cold and we will not refund. My partner tried to make the best of it and warmed up his curry he said it tasted like an Asda warm up curry no texture no real flavour the chicken tikka in the calzone was dry I couldn’t even swallow it. We threw it away and in the end after a 3 hour ordeal I end up cooking! Avoid avoid avoid! They only have a three star hygiene certificate too! Wish I had know before ordering
