Since moving to Hull as a student I can say the food is good and cheap! Especially the chips they taste so good!
Meal was generally okay and portion sizes reasonable, however the the sauce in the burger was a very small amount and if I ate it without knowing it was in there, probably wouldn’t have noticed it. The chicken fillet was greasy didn’t really taste of anything. Chips were fine, just like any other takeaway, and weren’t covered in chip spice like some other places. I expected this place to be better as it was the first time I ordered however unfortunately it wasn’t up to scratch.
Best Chicken in the North of England. WARNING: My JustEat order cruised by THIRTY minutes early, with a friendly delivery guy. So impressed. Seriously good chicken.
Ordered online and chose delivery waited over an hour after the money was taken out my account rang multiple times with no answer decided to go there and the shop was closed. Online it said they was open and it even let me go through with the order. Poor service and caused unexpected issues
Chicken was bad af, ordered spicy chicken wings and what I got was really disappointing. Bland, bald, soggy and cold chicken. Chicken was definitely not cleaned I could see the feathers in it. Worse chicken I have ever had
staff are lovely, chips and onion rings were good but the chicken burger was so dry :( and not proper fried chicken :( - it was late when we went though. would recommend the cheesy chips, very generous on the cheese!

Quick service and food was okay. But staff are EXTREMELY unfriendly as if their lives had been taken away from them.
Ordered food to collect online, said 15 minutes. Arrived after 20 and still had to wait inside for 15 minutes. "Mushroom burger" is not as advertised and is infact a beef burger with mushrooms on top - also looked and tasted like it was tinned. I got a chicken filler burger too and chicken strips and chips... I wouldn't even feed this chicken to my dog. Will not be ordering from here again, all the food is like budget Iceland tosh. Chips are the only edible thing I ordered.
Honestly the chicken is supreme quality not to crispy and far from dry the ratio to chicken and chips perfect and not to much peri salt. Overall I would have say great value for price and the cleanliness is on point. A lovely family run business.
