Excellent meal yet again. Had one Friday and was so good I bought one today. Fresh hot and all dishes tasted different. Staff accidentally cooked the wrong meal so we got a bonus dish. Was wonderful. Cracking curry, and they take cash!
Not being sure if we would like the indian takeaway, we have tried the Indian Summer and seems like we will be coming back. The food surprised us massively in the very positive way. It was full of flavour and aromas, meat was well cooked and tasty. Definitely recommend.
Very disappointed. We ordered here as moved to area. Sadly won't return. We always order the same dishes, which were just under £45. We previously paid £10 less at previous 1, and got poppadoms and dips free. The curry had all spilt in the bag. Bombay potatoes tasted just of potato, barely any flavour. Lamb pathia, lamb was tough and chewy and the dish was not hot and spicy as usually is. The korma was inedible as was sickly sweet. Ive had many from different places but it was just like sugar, was awful
First ever time at Indian Summer & what a GREAT choice. I had one of the finest chicken Madras I've EVER had Wife had a lovely chicken tilka mandala Lovely food, very tasty, lots of quality chicken Reasonably priced including a discount for cash & staff were friendly & efficient WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK NEXT TIME! Absolutely fantastic food, the best Indian takeaway in the area by a significant distance.......and there are good ones locally too! The choice of food is excellent, portions a great size, more than reasonably priced and the tastes are absolutely delicious. Superb catering for an individual vegan order within the main order too, all cooked separately and packaged really well independently too. They take great care with every order. Personal recommendation is the Goan Fish Curry, but so many other dishes are highly recommended too
Just collected two separate curries both tasted the same and seemed identical although one was tikka one was dansak both completely different curries but absolutely nothing like a Tikka masala bland no curry flavour whatsoever and the dansak had huge lumps of chicken completely off putting so much sugar in it that it tasted like a cake and absolutely no curry flavour whatsoever onion Bhaji’s overcooked and hard and peshwari naan awful rock hard greasy with a yellow mush inside nothing like coconut all in all a complete disappointment maybe new owners ??? Who knows but definitely not the usual food from there and a total waste of £26.20!!!!!

Had a delivery, was very expensive and cold, nearly warm at best. When I rang to complain I was asked what I wanted, a discount on my next order. There will not be a next order.
Usually pretty flawless but the curry I just had delivered featured the most horrific chicken I have ever encountered. It was like chewing beef. Happy to assume it’s a one off and continue using these guys.
I personally believe this is the best Indian takeaway in the area. The staff are always friendly and the food quality is top notch. I introduced my grandad to them when he visited just before Christmas and he was very impressed, never known him be so quiet!
