Chips were super over cooked no potato in the middle of them and the smash burger was soggy . Breadcake could have been crisped up abit . Won’t order again.
These delivery times are completely out the gate. I have ordered a few times from here and I always give places the benefit of the doubt and some grace that bad experiences are a 1 off , but in this situation 3 strikes you are done. I didnt even order during peak time either. If you are more than happy to wait 1+ hours for food that then this is the place to order from. Really really poor service.
Delivery took 2 hours, tandoori kebab was vile, mystery meat was salted and burned and about a third of a chicken breast in quantity covered in salad to try and cover up.
Disappointed, ordered from here a few times and this is time was the worst takeaway I've had. Ordered a Donna kebab and a chicken burger, the Donna meat dates like dog food and everything else tasted dirty. I normally rave about this place and it was my go to but this may have put me off for a while
Extremely disappointing, so rude. me and my friend ordered some desserts from their menu, we got a white chocolate chip cookie dough and a red velvet cookie dough. when the order came they brought a slice of red velvet cake instead of cooking dough. i then rang to tell them of this error and they told me that hold them hung up, i tried to ring them back and they didn’t answer me 5 times. i would not order from here at all. also bearing in mind their is a price difference between them the red velvet cake being £3.20 and the cookie dough being £5.80
Excellent Quality!! Food was hot, Fresh and crispy, Great value for money too.. Staff was friendly, Will definitely be back!
Chips was overcooked, pizza was bland, base was soggy and undercooked, the chicken topping was over cooked and like chewing a bouncy ball.
Monty boxes are brill. Always arrive hot. Only thing wrong with order we have just received was no garlic bread which we were looking forward to.
Absolute 5hite. Only one in the shop. Ordered 45 mins ago. Still sat here waiting. Pizzas have been done 10 minutes “waiting on chips” apparently
