    After being a perfect and loyal customer across my entire finance agreement, Mercedes Finance have refused to offer any formal or informal extensions (as standard policy) to your agreement. I've extended with Audi and other manufacturers' finance partners multiple times, and for periods of years in some cases. A very inflexible and extremely unhelpful position from the company. I was only after an 8 week extension to bridge to my new vehicle. What a bitter end to a good contract. I will not be financing a Mercedes again. What an easy way to lose loyal customers.

    Same story as many before, charged nearly 4k for damages that i had already had sorted by an independent body repair specialist, merc had the van back and scanned the body and said the repairs that were done were not within their tolerance levels or something ridiculas they said that the paint should have been 1mm thicker so I ended up paying twice. DO NOT BUY A MERC VAN JUST GO TO FORD, its literally a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    We head two vans and the S Class and the G Wagon But when is finished last year the 52 months for the van which is the reg Nr NA69LFF And Agreement Number 0002005191126507 They sent the driver to pick up the van He check and shake it the hards and he told me everything is good Few weeks later the send me the bill of £1,752.11 They sent it to me some pictures of the van And I ready told them I disagree Because I haven’t done any scratches And after 16 months they sent it again the bill through FREETHS I’m very disappointed about this And if someone can look at it please Kind Regards Fatmir from A&D Mini Market LTD

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I sold my car to a dealership, and they promptly paid off the outstanding finance. However, this company is refusing to acknowledge the payment, even though the funds have been sitting in their account for nearly a week. Every representative I’ve spoken to has given me conflicting information about what’s needed to confirm the payment, making the entire process incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Google needs to allow zero stars as an option on these reviews!

    Unfortunately like everybody else I’m writing this review after the fact only wish I read them before I leased a van from Mercedes Benz Finance. I’m not one to leave reviews but Mercedes Finance deserves one as they are the WORST. Came to collect van I had on 1 year contract I specifically asked if everything was ok and was told “yes it’s like new” and their transport company would collect later that day. 3-4 week later I received an invoice for over £1200 for damaged, Previous repair, Service light on & spare wheel missing. The van was collected in Glasgow by THEIR TRANSPORT COMPANY and eventually delivered to BCA Doncaster when questioned about service light which still had 10 days until service when collected they did remove charge. When Question about “MISSING SPARE” they still tried to charge me something which I refused and eventually remove this from invoice. As for the previous repair I asked for more details which they sent picture which I deputed as I didn’t have vehicle repaired where they were pointing out they then changed their mind and said it was on another part of the van proving they are just making thing up. (As the van still wasn’t repaired anywhere near the second area) And still they want £790. I have disputed amount and have offer a fair settlement of £460 as I accept that there was scuff on rear bumper (£18 was their fee) and dent on side. I’m not paying them anymore than my offer which I think is very fair as I can’t be held responsible from when I handed over the key to THEIR TRANSPORT CONPANY and the vehicle was transported over 230 miles. especially when their TRANSPORT COMPANY managed to “lose the spare wheel” (not just on my van but my friend also had van at same time and his spare went “missing”) this proves that their TRANSPORT COMPANY didn’t take care of vehicle and anything could of happened when is THEIR custody FOR A COMPANY LIKE MERCEDES BENZ TO HAVE A 1.3 * review tell you all you need to know about using their finance DON’T!!!!!!! P.S it was an electric van and had to be recovered on back of trucks it wasn't driven to Doncaster I know it left my premises and was dropped and in storage yard and god knows how many trucks to get to Doncaster.

    this company have zero customer care once you have sign on paper. i've paid off for lease car back in march 2020 and they still think i owe them £156 even though they gave me a good will gesture because of their pathetic service. if i could give no stars i would one star is way to much for this shabby company

    DO NOT USE MBFS! I have leased many trucks over the years, never had any issues on returning them at the end of contract. A few acceptable charges along the way. Mercedes however have just charged me £625 for polishing out light scratches on a 3 year old truck with 30,000 miles on it. A COMMERCIAL vehicle! I've tried to argue this through every means possible other than going to court. I was worried it will affect credit rating so couldn't take it this far. Absolute disgrace of a company, they'll never get a penny out of me again. PLEASE READ ALL THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO LEASING THROUGH MBFS!! In regards to Mercedes response below. This is automated, i have contacted them to see if they will do anything about this and they still want nothing to do with it and will not help what so ever. More lies to try and make themselves look respectable. Again, AVOID at all costs

    THREATS OF DEBT COLLECTION I am absolutely appalled at the threatening attitude of the complaints team. I find it surprising and questionably lawful that the team feel they can threaten debt collectors over the telephone for a sum which was never declared or even alluded to at the point of collection. We returned the vehicle in excellent condition and Mercedes want to abuse us demanding £850.40 from us and the vocal threat of debt collectors. The representative who visited us to collect the vehicle ensured us that there would be zero cost for any damage as he could not find any marks on the vehicle, there was one mark which was inside the tolerance measure issued by Mercedes Benz Finance. We also returned the vehicle under 10,000 miles of the agreed contract. I am shocked to read that the complaints team are also claiming that they incurred cost towards these fictional repairs, if this was the case I am struggling to ascertain how the vehicle was on the market at Mercedes Telford 48hrs post collection from my address. We asked to escalate our complaint but they refuse continually and threateningly demanding this factious sum of £850.40. Personally and as a company we have had numerous contracts with MBF however I can safely say unless this is resolved we will certainly not return, nor recommend.

    I have finally given up with customer service here. Each Month for the last 2 Years plus, I have received a default / notice of arrears letter. I was even paying more than I needed and still they came, I was told it was my fault as I was paying too much and the computer couldn't reconcile it. I changed back to the correct amount and still they arrive. I have never missed a payment. Including the Covid time I still have paid what it due. Good job I don't need credit elsewhere.

    Without question MBFS has the most consistently bad attitude to customer service of any company I've EVER dealt with. I've just ended the lease on my second E-class Mercedes. The service from MBFS during the period of my first lease was appallingly poor. Absolutely ZERO interest in the customer - and that is IF you can actually make contact with someone. However, I naively decided to go for a second E-class because I like the car. I also hoped that things might have improved regarding their customer service. The car is good, but the customer service from MBFS is still shockingly bad. Just look at their Google reviews - virtually all reviews are 1-star and have been for years, but NOTHING changes! I have filled in their customer satisfaction surveys, but nobody ever responds to the specific very negative feedback., Whoever is in charge of customer service at MBFS is clearly inept and should be replaced. This kind of thing DOES affect buying decisions, and my decision is already that I will NEVER, in ANY circumstances buy another Mercedes Benz vehicle.
