   Hands down, one of the best takeaways I’ve ever had. The food was bursting with flavour, perfectly cooked, and arrived piping hot. You can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients because every bite was chef’s kiss. Service was spot on—fast, friendly, and efficient. Portions were generous, and the packaging was neat, no spills or mess. If you haven’t tried Milano’s yet, do yourself a favor and order now. You won’t regret it!

   Advertised as free garlic bread if over £15 is spent. Ordered via their own app, spent over £20 but no freebies included with order. Rang to query it, but was told they'd run out of dough. Really? When you're selling pizzas? Plus, I was told I was being rude when merely pointing out the facts. Poor excuse and didn't offer any recompense. Simply not good enough.

   Visiting from London and decided to order a takeaway. Came into Milanos and was greeted by wonderful and charming staff. There’s a huge extensive menu so I was spoilt for choice but I saw the staff were prepping many fresh pizzas so I got a 10” pizza, the toppings were generous and flavourful. Food was ready fast despite it being busy. Will return to Milanos when I return to hull!

   Just ordered and there was like a bone in my pizza. Made me throw up and chuck the pizza in the bin. I wasn’t impressed, usually the pizza is good but now I’m scared to go again.

   Whoa, instant regret. This is disgusting. It's at the level of apathy, where they are just pumping out unsafe food. I mean just learn how to make one thing. Learn how to make a pizza and just do that. Close! Close it down!

   Theres been a problem with my order. We asked for a texmex pizza and wrote on the instructions no BBQ sauce and detta cheese added. It arrived with BBQ sauce on the pizza which nobody likes and no fetta cheese. After calling the takeaway we where then told several time that we where in the wrong

   Wont be ordering again can never read the notes I mean come on it’s not hard to read it! Just got chips that must have been fried god knows how many times their like concert this place has gone down hill staff are rude too when you ring to tell them they have got it wrong again shocking if you ask me given one star but you’d be getting none if I could sort it out but we won’t be the only customers you lose!

   Consistently bad food. Bad quality Tried several times after being a regular and the service and quality just gets worse Tonight we ordered a large dinner pizza which had barely any Donner on it at all and was not cooked properly, resulting in a doughy, tasteless mess. It’s like they’ve stopped trying completely! I used to order this takeaway at least once a week and now I will never order again! Overpriced, cheap & disgusting food
