   Food and staff very good and nice atmosphere. Two of us had pizza - the main and considerable problem is that our knives couldn’t cut the pizza ! Pretty basic requirement. Would like to think a change will be made before we return…

   Pizzas arrived 2 hours after ordering on Deliveroo. Freezing cold, wrong garlic bread. Even the receipt says pick up after 44 minutes, which is still a long time when you order at 6.15pm. Appalling service and stone cold food. Not acceptable when your three pizzas and a garlic bread (the wrong one) cost over £50.

   After we were seated and ordered another group came in and were given a festive 2/3 course menu which we were never even offered. We asked a staff member why we were not offered this menu and were told we have to ask for it, they do not offer it. As we had never been to Prezzo before, we were not aware this was the case. The food was not particularly hot and definitely over priced for what it was.

   Ordered on Deliveroo. £13.95 for this salad as a main meal £6.25 for a large chips to share between two. That is absolutely unacceptable. Both boxes have arrived half empty.

   First time going to Prezzo in Chichester, great menu. I decided to have the under 600 calories vegetarian pizza and shared fries with my partner. Salad that came with the pizza was fresh and nice that the dressing came on the side as I wasn’t very fussed on it. I knives were blunt which made cutting the pizzas very difficult and even though mine was small I was happy that I didn’t have to keep cutting at it. As it’s in an old building on a sunny day they had fans going which made it pleasant however going in the very hot sun that we’ve had would have been unbearable. Good facilities and staff were nice

   Buy a gift experience for 2.... Not overly special, on arrival the staff couldn't find the booking, we were then walked through what looked to be a nice restaurant to the upstairs area which was very empty and had no atmosphere, there were only 2 other tables in use, by 9pm we were the only customers in the room, which for some might have been nice, but in reality it all seemed a bit odd We had a Buy A Gift voucher as a present from a family member, this entitled us to a fixed 3 course meal and a glass of house wine, we were presented with a menu which was a single creased sheet of A4 paper, not quite what you'd expect, the waitress took our order and the food was with us in fairly good time, the food we ordered was nice and tasty and the wine was OK, I feel as we didnt order from the regular menu (restaurant makes more money) we felt a little second class, So overall the visit was good on the food side, just let down by the customer experience sadly, I think next time we will choose Zizzi or Pizza Express (photos taken at 9pm)
