   We had already eaten and decided to try Carluccios for a dessert. We ordered some fruit juice, which for the price we were expected a large glass but only received a small glass. The desert pizza we shared was lovely but we were disappointed that it is served with 1 small scoop of ice-cream which even if we weren't sharing is not enough to cover the pizza. It tasted great though and the Nutella was generous. The serviettes are clearly expensive. The ladies toilet was not working so ladies were queuing to use the gents.

   Really enjoyed brunch here on a Sunday. Iced coffee was lovely, and the food was great. Sadly no Almond Croissants, but we will definitely come back!

   Waiter very polite and helpful, service quite slow. Atmosphere and decor really pleasant. I likes the lighting. Food was excellent. I have allergies and extreme care was taken with my meal. The burger and the chicken that my friends had was excellent too. Portions really generous

   It was a little while since I'd been to Carluccio's; having first visited a branch in London more than 20 years ago, I perhaps felt it had been surpassed by more recent openings. However this visit has definitely made me consider it anew. As a vegetarian I felt that there were multiple appealing choices and the pasta that I chose was delicious. My son had a very good minute steak and I felt that everything was well priced compared to some other restaurants locally. House red wine was extremely drinkable and staff could not have been more accommodating.

   Quite hit and miss. Used to like going here but have had a few disappointments. Starters were good but the mains were covered in butter or really bland and stodgy. They are clearly really understaffed: there was one waitress working across the whole restaurant and cafe towards the end of our meal, who was trying her best, but it did mean service was inevitably slow.

   Carluccio’s is one of the best Italian restaurant I’ve visited near by. The food was absolutely amazing, so fresh and wonderful and everyone there is nice and helpful. The Spritz are a must try.
