Waiting for 2 hours for food to be delivered ,cancelled it after ringing 3 times to find out where it was ,for it to be delivered 2 hours after we ordered it ,we have used this Chinese for over 20 years, disappointed
To be honest at the start it tasted brilliant I got the salt and pepper chips and the crispy chicken balls it all went well until I got home and I started pooing my organs out and then a few hours later I started throwing up everywhere and I felt awful
Chips and gravy was £5.30 each, tasted like it was sat there for a week. Curry and chips tasted vile. Will never be going here again, save your money and go somewhere else, corner shop 30seconds away from this shop would be better
the food give me food poising and was sat on the toilet after also no where to park and took almost 45 minutes to prepare curry noodle and chips the chips were plain and degusting noodles were plain ad dry like i was biting into rocks and ony one piece of meat the curry was cold and still was like i was eating ice cream but curry flavoured
Ordered today at 5:35 and was advised delivery within 60 minutes. After waiting until 6:51 I decided to call and the young lad went to the kitchen and then advised they were just finishing off cooking the food, however, they needed to wait for the driver. Food eventually arrived at 7:15. Upon opening the food all the packaging was wet as if the food had been sat for a while and was at best lukewarm. To be honest it was only a small order 8 inch pizza box so nothing too extensive so I’m not sure what it took over an hour to cook even if there were orders in before mine. Will be going back to Regent just down the road. Will be avoiding going forward and would just say to anyone else who uses be prepared to wait and for average standard food
Food great,used last 8 yrs,disappointed with delivery times last half a dozen times,takes over 1hr 30 minutes,get past it

Delivery was slightly longer than was told but definitely worth the wait best Chinese in a very long time
We always order the same items from here which are always lovely, we've never had a problem. But tonight we were sent a special chow mein instead of a chicken chow mein. My husband who is allergic to fish couldn't eat it. I rang them to see if they would send a replacement, the fault was obviously mine and they kindly sent a replacement we just had to pay delivery again. It came quickly and the delivery lady was very friendly. Will carry on using this takeaway.
Nice clean place . Reasonable prices . I got special fried rice with curry sauce and sweet sour chicken Hong Kong style for my Mrs. Both were fantastic ,very tasty. Will definitely be using Happy House for my go to Chinese takeaway . Keep it up Hapoy house
