Really dissapointed in the jamacian jerk chicken and the rice. It was incredibly dry and there was little flavour because they just sprinkled some sauce on top. It clearly wasn't marinated as stated. Will not be ordering from here again.
Dined in and have had takeaway! Fantastic food! Awesome people, really friendly and chatty, the atmosphere is great as well, very happy customer, will be returning :)
We ordered food. They received our order. We were asked if the order is eat in or take away. We confirmed eat in. They gave the wrong order twice when ordered. And when they sorted it in the end we were told they are closing in 5 minutes and we had to rush. Thefood was not very good. The restaurant was in a very bad condition - not clean, cluttered.
Food was freezing took so long was my birthday today aswell so was abit gutted the food looked like it had been out ages aswell was all wrinkly unfortunately hate leaving bad reviews but today was not good !
Do not recommend not fresh food, spent over £30 got a wrap full of grease and chicken tasted off, chips microwaved and burger clearly frozen and got food poisoning, when partner went to the restaurant the next day and took the food that was left as we started feeling sick, they first said we would get a call, nothing, so went back for them to get rude and start shouting at us and stated we ate half, we ate half and then started puking as we got food poisoning, so thanks. Poor service, poor food and disgusting customer service, burger and shake is great, better service and value for money recommend them.
I don't usually leave reviews for anything but felt I needed to make the exception for this place. Me and my partner have eaten here multiple times now as it is close enough for us to walk to and order in person and Rancho Express have smashed it out of the park on every occasion. Even when something was not in stock that we had already ordered, a generous solution was found with an alternative option at no extra cost. The manager is exceptional and remembers specifics of our last visits, providing excellent customer service and making us feel valued each time. I have also tried the Indian menu served here now and can confirm that this is also fantastic food. Definitely eat here, you will not regret it!

Very very poor food. Asked for a mixed grill with it being medium rare. Come out well done and swimming in grease. Chips over cooked and chicken and steak was bland. Call up and complain. Sent me a burger with chicken wings. Burger was hard and over cooked. Soggy lettuce and very poor .Wings where hot but full of Bones , and no taste . First time trying it and I won't be going back. Plus very expensive for what it is. Shake and grill is levels above this place
