   I love the food here. BUT THREE TIMES IN A ROW VARIOUS EXCUSES IN DECEMBER OVER TWO WEEKS THEY ARE CLOSED BEFORE CLOSING TIME. Maybe they change their hours but one of excuses was we close early because quiet. It’s a franchise. You want to succeed? Don’t over promise!!! Change your damn opening hours. After 3 times I’m RESLLY PFFFFFFFd now. And this is just first review on many websites. Change your damn opening hours! But in December? NO YOU ARE JUST BEING LAZY! Maybe new franchise owner. In which case AVOID

2. Authentic Analysis ★★★★☆

   I like that on Deliveroo, you can add notes for the restaurant which they do read and follow. And you can choose extra sauce, and well done chicken. I mostly have always recieved good, tasty chicken from them. Just one time the chicken was very hard and not much flavor, despite requesting extra sauce. I am not a fan of the potato sides as they are usually quite oily /crunchy, and not a fan of the rice. But the coleslaw is always good. And ofcourse the main thing - the chicken is generally always good.

   Last night a friend took me to the north end one. I had the plater that cost £29 or something like this. It include 2 sides and loads of chicken. I ate the food ar about mid night in the shop there as soon as it was cocked. A few hours later, I realised that I got food poisoning. I did not drink or costumed anything before this(just water). The last meal was around mid day. I do not want to give any details but lets just say that I push water out from both ends. Staff was very friendly.

   The peri peri chicken here is absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. I loved that they offered different spice levels – the hot was perfect with full of taste. The sides were just as good – the fries were crispy, which balanced the heat really well. The portions were generous for the price, and everything came out quickly. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe.

   Ordered at 8.30pm now 10.12 and still not here. I live 3 streets away but couldn't collect. Called restaurant and she said driver delivering 2 other orders......I'm round the corner. She said another 10mins. If arrives cold it's going straight back and will get refund through pay pal don't normally leave reviews but I'm fuming. A burger n chips hour n a half round corner. Fuming.....oh n starving. If delivery says more than half hour then advice is keep scrolling n go somewhere else because u will either go to bed hungry or eat at midnight. £20 wasted.

   Great food and really tasty. Come here regularly with family. The hot wings are very good and Lebanese chicken strips.

   Decent portions and tasty chicken. Wasn't sure how the mash would be when I seen it getting microwaved . . . . but it was tasty enough. Only minor downside was the Lebanese sauce was a bit salty. Also worth giving a smoothie a try.
