   I’m an absolute curry lover and always disappointed with curry’s around our area but I was really impressed with our curry takeaway tonight. Chicken handi, chicken desi handi and sag aloo. Cooked to perfection and balanced with loads of flavour. Wow really impressed don’t hesitate to get a takeaway from these guys 10/10

   Her indoors and myself both have catering backgrounds - so what you may say ? Yes so what ? First time for us with Silsila and you only get one chance to make a first impression. We were going to dine in the restaurant earlier in the week and a very pleasant young lady took the order. When we rang to cancel - as something cropped up last minute, she thanked us for making the effort to call - nice touch from a customer service perspective. Tonight I ordered a takeaway coming back from Leeds and again a friendly young lady took the order and helped me with my choice. Now the important bit - did the food match up to the customer service ? .................you bet it did. Extremely pleased with all the various components of the meals - absolutely delighted all round, good portions, great presentation and fab tastes. Finally, excellent value into the equation. Thank you for a fabulous first experience staff and chef and of course we will be using you again.

   Don't know what came but that was no chicken tikka masala. Having come from Bradford where they make a proper curry, I would not recommend buying a curry here.

   Whatever they are paying Just Eat for delivery, it's too much! The food was very tasty but it was lukewarm due to Just Eat arriving late with it. The naan bread had been sat in its bag too long and was cold and tough to break, never mind eat. We didn't eat it all as it got too cold half way through to be enjoyable. Just Eat advised us they were running late but didn't give a new time estimate. And the delivery driver just flapped our letter box a few times until we decided to investigate, despite having a working doorbell and a door that could withstand being knocked on!!!
