I have been with them as their customer, only borrowed loan twice maybe but use them for my savings and for over 10years; I have had no reasons for complaints.
Been a member for over a year. Still got no access to money I save with them. Waited 6 weeks(still waiting) for payment card. Still haven't updated email address. Couldn't get on members website as didn't recognise me!!! Then the APP arrived,all my problems solved,NOT, fill out forms ,send ....nothing. can't link my high st bank account,can't make payments into account as ALLPAY card still not arrived!!!! Won't do anything over phone,just refer u back to website.NOT RECCOMMENDED .STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT MONTHS OF STRESS AND NO ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY
