A few weeks ago a guy called Joey helped me upgrade my windows 10 computer to an 11 even though this took much time and the process was much harder than it should’ve been bcs it was an older model. Its now working almost like new! The shop has such a welcoming vibe to it because all the other staff are also very kind and conversational. I just hope in the future they can let customers know that older software is more prone to security breaches later on so they’ll be more prompted to buy newer models instead of recommending the old ones as not everyone is aware of the discontinuation which can lead to problems and disappointment in the future. Although I strongly recommend everyone does their own research before purchasing any product from any shop!”
